21/08/2025: A delightful discovery in Alezio, a welcoming and intimate restaurant with a simple, elegant ambiance. The selection of appetizers is fabulous, with both seafood and meat options to choose from, both excellent and delicious, especially the seafood pittule and panzarotti, prepared according to tradition—flavors that are fading away in the area. The first courses are also perfect, with attention to the ingredients and their pairings. The house wine is recommended. Excellent value. We'll gladly return to try the second courses, which certainly won't disappoint. Highly recommended, despite other, more hyped restaurants nearby!

18/08/2025: We had a piadina with cooked ham and a small loaf of bread, they were delicious and very filling, I highly recommend trying it if you are staying there.

25/08/2025: I'd like to sincerely thank the owners and all the staff at Agriturismo Santa Chiara. They were always kind and helpful, ready to help us or check in. They offered us a beautiful room overlooking the pool. The included breakfast was delicious, with a nice mix of sweet and savory.
Sometimes the lady cooks for guests, and I must say she's truly excellent. I absolutely recommend staying there for dinner, as it was a delicious and warm experience.
The agriturismo is large and welcoming, perfect for taking photos or reading a book while relaxing in the sun by the pool. I found a bit of my hometown in them, as they are family-like, kind, and welcoming—just what I was looking for in southern Italy.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place.

24/04/2025: Non sono abituato a scrivere una recensione di getto ma la pasta e patate con scampi appena servita è da urlo. Con quella nota piccante
c he non sovrasta assolutamente la comunione di sapori perfetta e piena di gusto con sapori autentici.
L’antipasto molto buono ed una nota particolare sui crostoni alla cipolla. Trovato grazie ad un commento carpito sulla spiaggia. Da provare se si è in zona. Prezzi onesti per la qualità proposta. Servizio impeccabile.
23/02/2025: Una serie di errori e disattenzioni soprattutto sull’aspetto gluten free, ma anche nel servizio, tuttavia a parte alcuni dettagli dei piatti si mangia abbastanza bene, ma ci sono aspettative troppo alte.

A pristine place suspended in time, a superb welcome, delightful accommodations with a sea view, delicious, locally sourced food at a reasonable price, all managed by a young man with a rock star haircut reminiscent of the frontman of the former Blu Vertigo band! Not to be missed.
02/09/2025: Dinner on August 16th via The Fork app, mixed grill with nonexistent and unspeakable meat (tiny chicken and pork slices and two skewers) for €18 per person... A complete rip-off. It's absurd that The Fork app listed a no-show... Perhaps to prevent me from writing a review???
I understand it's the week of August 15th and that booking through the app would have given me a 20% discount, but if I'd wanted chicken breast, I'd have been home.

30/03/2025: Il pranzo è stato veramente soddisfacente. L'ambiente è tipico da trattoria, il personale molto presente e professionale. Il cibo veramente gustoso, saporito e le porzioni molto abbondanti cone non se ne vede più nei ristoranti.
01/03/2025: Ho mangiato ieri in questo posto...è sinceramente era tutto crudo ...pittule crude ...antipasti freddi sembrano del giorno prima per nulla caldi ...solo le polpette di polpo erano caldi ma con tanto aglio ..patatine fritte crude ..pasta alla marinara insipida senza sale ...la carne forze era unica cosa buona calda e cotta al punto giusto ...fatto sta che la notte sono stata male ...quindi fate un pó voi...eppure eravamo le prime che ci siamo sedute su quel tavolo ..peccato perché all'inizio nn era proprio così male ...ci sono ritornata appunto perché quando sono andata la prima volta nn era male ...

15/10/2024: Buona cena in tranquillità, consigliati dalla gentilezza di Giovanna,
Calamarata cozze noci con gorgonzola, ottima la trovata di associare il sapore dello zola che aggiunge profumo e un gusto mordente al piatto.
Orecchiette alle cime di rapa, cucinate sapientemente da Germano come da tradizione.
Per finire, il pescato del giorno, una meravigliosa ricciola al forno con patate e carciofi, da leccarsi i baffi.
Il prezzo è adeguato per la cena a base di pesce. Se torneremo a Gallipoli faremo sicuramente tappa a questa trattoria.
