25/05/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner. Location on the sea in a nice environment. We ordered raw fish, 1 cuttlefish (precisely in size of a €1 coin but oh well now everything is justified by saying that they are gourmet dishes for which we must appreciate the misery and be happy to pay their weight in gold) 2 first courses with sea urchins (€30 each, thank you again, in the best restaurants of superior elegance we have never paid this price) 2 first courses with anchovies and bread. Cover charge €4 per person. To make a long story short the dishes were good as usual, we spent €240, oh well they are gourmet dishes so go and pay with a smile. Surely this will be the owners' response, quality has to be paid for, but surely you shouldn't overpay in an unjustified way. To conclude we went back immediately afterwards to buy 2 half-liter bottles of water and not for the extra €3, but it is shameful to pay for them (we all know that the value of 2 bottles is 30 cents total). IT IS KNOWN THAT ELEGANCE IS NOT WATER

Rocco greeted me and proposed to make his choise of entrays first desert Nadia’s was serving us starter ancho o small strip of bread with stracciatella cheese Tuna terrarium delicate taste. Was overwhelmed sepia grilled never I had it this way it was super the service plating left my wife speechless Rocco offer rosato Gargano local wine fresh and delicate .Follewd by paccari with tuna flakes shrimp and Dentice flakes soft moist fish yellow& red vine tomeotes and unreal seasoning roasted octopus was exquisite desert Japanese whisky. What can I say it was better than the Michelin restaurant compliments I we to in Rome Compliments to the staff & Rocco somallier maitre D & gold medal winner for culinary sculpting of food 1. 5 stars in my books go visit when in Peschici hidden je

27/05/2025: Es una joyita escondida en el casco antiguo de Peschici gargano. Rocco, propietario de Devinum Bistrot, fue un solista maître y medalla de oro en la presentación de esculturas culinarias en Italia.🇮🇹 Eligió servir su menú como le apetecía filete de anchoas en delgadeces tostadas con queso stracciatello. La presentación de la ración fue deliciosa servida con vino Rosato gsrgano a continuación hice seppia a la parrilla con una salsa suave con sabor exquisita. Plato principal Pasta Paccari con copos de atún camarones rojos y Dentice copos de higo en salsa de tomates frescos amarillos y rojos de vid no quería decirme los sabores de los condimentos excelentes e de con postre ligero y whisky japonés. El servicio de nuestra Nadia fue fantástico, ella explicó cada curso que acabo de volver de Nueva York y luego a Roma .. bueno, era como un restaurante Michelin cumplidos al personal. 05/05/2025: This place was recommended to us, we trusted it, not at all crowded for an Easter Monday and without infamy or praise, there were two of us, with my partner we sat outside, slow service from the kitchen, unstable table outside in the alley, we ordered a tasting of raw meat for two (little selection) of which the sea urchins served without a teaspoon to help with the tasting and two first courses with octopus sauce and the other with stuffed cuttlefish sauce, ate it all because we are of the opinion that food should not be thrown away as long as it is edible, but really tasteless sauce, the fish only the presence but really tasteless and sauce among other things also undercooked. He gave the idea that it was a simple base of freshly made tomato sauce sautéed at the end of cooking with octopus frogs on one side and cuttlefish scraps on the other. The place is characteristic, the environment is quiet and the waitress at the tables is professional, good looking and attentive, but that's not enough, the cuisine needs to be improved a lot. Adequate price if we had eaten with taste and not out of appetite.

12/05/2025: Il titolo della recensione non è un caso…arrivati in questo posto, accolti in maniera amichevole ma al contempo appassionata e professionale (anche con i più piccoli) ci si sente in sublimazione. Mangiare letteralmente a picco sul mare ma soprattutto mangiare BENE è una esperienza che dallo stato solido di essere umano ti porta in una sorta di stato etereo e mistico. Posto incantevole , gestito da ragazzi preparati e simpatici e cibo preparato dalla chef sapientemente . Degne di nota le orecchiette con scampi e pomodini gialli… Ottima la selezione di vini ed anche i dolci… Per la giornata un po’ ventosa abbiamo dovuto mangiare all’interno (molto bello anche perché le vetrate non lasciano nulla all’immaginazione), ma ci riserviamo di ritornare in una giornata più calda (in vacanza) per mangiare sulle assi del trabucco. Sublime in tutto! Andateci !!!

05/05/2025: Trabucco adattato a ristorante, con piatti interessanti e molto bel presentati. Io ho assaggiato cozze ripiene (ottime) e orecchiette con zucca e seppia (buone ma non ottime) e tonno con grani di senape (diciamo meritava un 8 ma non un 10). Discreta la carta dei vini con molti vini locali , gentile in personale. Stupenda la vista. Conto in linea con la qualità e il posto.

01/09/2024: Wonderful weekend spent thanks to word of mouth from a friend. Very nice and comfortable structure, spartan room with an excellent sea view and carefully clean rooms and services equipped with all comforts. Friendly and very kind staff, above all attentive to the needs of the guests. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner in their restaurant, Chef Daniele will be able to delight even the most demanding and refined palates. I recommend this structure, without fear of any contradiction.
