08/09/2024: We went for lunch on Sunday, by phone the owner showed me the fixed menu at a cost of €40 (starter 2 tastings of first course, second course of meat, drinks, dessert, fruit, coffee and bitters), €45 (starter 2 tastings first course, a second course of fish, drinks, desserts, fruit, coffee and bitters), so far so good, I said that my wife doesn't eat the first course and he told me that he would deduct the price of the first courses. for children's baby menu, cooked ham, 1 mozzarella, orecchiette with sauce and chicken cutlet with 3 potatoes, ice cream. €30. Well, we arrive, we sit down and the waitress comes, whose friendliness and courtesy doesn't even know where she lives, we order 4 fixed meat menus and 2 children's menus, she brings us the house rosé wine and the surprises are already starting, an exploited wine that tasted simply of water, given that we order a closed bottle of rosé wine, the very nice waitress points out that it is separate from the cost. The courses of appetizers begin, various tastings of sea and mountains, a dish of perhaps 100g with 4 cherry tomatoes, a plate with 3 roasted octopus tentacles, 2 bruschettas with mussels, a plate of potato pâté served with vegetables, and 3 other plates of appetizers, this for 4 people!!!!! At a certain point I was ashamed to share the dishes with my friends hoping to have identical portions!!!! Well let's start the first courses, 3 packets with monkfish, 2 cannelloni stuffed with minced meat served on a very bitter vegetable, (guys, on the second first course I was convinced I had finished the starter but that wasn't the case). A yes they ask me if I wanted to do the. Is it some cannelloni, well I say yes……….. They bring me a cannelloni!!! I couldn't believe it, okay let's move on to the second course, pork cheek (here too they used pork cheek for 40 people). Ok let's move on to the dessert believe me I burst out laughing a cream puff on the plate….. it's not possible and yet it's like this!!!!!!!! Finally coffee is fruit?? Boooo he's not there (let's draw a compassionate veil). It's time to pay €233. 3 meat menus €40 a meat menu without first courses €35 2 children's menus €60 plus wine €18. I ask him for the bitters and the nice lady tells me that you pay separately and that at most she could have offered me limoncello. Okay, let's let this go too, then I ask for information about the menu without first courses €35, the lady scolds me and tells me that. On the receipt it says €35 and that he hadn't forgotten anything and begins to address me in a very unnerved manner, raising his voice. I just wanted to understand why she only took €5 from me, unfortunately she's still ranting behind the counter repeating that she was born in Germany and is precise etc etc etc. At a certain point, since I had much more important things to think about, namely my family, I thanked him and told him that we will never return to this place again. Unfortunately, if you are touchy, I don't think you can do this job or be in contact with customers anyway. P.S. we returned to Foggia and ordered pizza, then we were full!!!!

05/09/2024: Four of us enjoyed 3 nights' stay at the end of August. It is a beautiful structure, immersed in the greenery of the Dauni mountains. The rooms are large, clean and modernly furnished, with taste. The hosts are affable, kind and helpful. The breakfast could be improved with something more, perhaps salty. It also has a restaurant which enjoys a good reputation, but which I cannot comment on as we were unable to dine there. Good value for money.

15/08/2024: We found ourselves in this place by chance...and thank goodness I would add, because it was a wonderful experience, if I come back to these parts we will definitely see each other again. The chef Tino and his wife Anna were fabulous and made us feel at ease straight away, we were two couples and for three of us there were no problems we could eat anything but one person had problems with dairy products, gluten, onion and the garlic, but Anna rightly made the chef Tino come out because you can't joke with certain problems of this kind, once he had said the intolerances that the person had he set in motion bringing out everything he could cook... and he did it done with professionalism and great competence. Not to forget that he pampered us too. At a certain point there was a Reunion at a table near us, and we noticed that there was parmigiana which obviously we hadn't ordered, but we took the liberty of asking if by chance there was a small taste for us too …obviously three portions arrived, what can I say was melt in your mouth delicious. The dessert was made on the spot, a tiramisu decomposed in their own way I can say it was fabulous. In short, I don't want to go on too long but everything was done very well, thank you very much for the lunch...and the price was obviously in line with everything
