17/02/2026: One of the most beautiful rest areas in Italy, certainly the most popular. Unique views of Lake Varano and the isthmus separating it from the Adriatic Sea on the northern Gargano.
Breakfast, aperitifs, and food were all excellent. Cleanliness was good, and ample parking was available. It feels like it still has untapped potential, or is not yet fully utilized, but it certainly offers good service.
Recommended.
18/01/2026: Terrible experience. The bar was open according to the hours listed online, but when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, it was completely closed, without any notice. We wasted our time coming here on purpose. Zero credibility and completely unreliable information. If you're not open, at least update your hours. Very disappointed.

15/03/2026: The essence of a true agriturismo is captured in this fantastic place: hospitality, kindness, and delicious, locally sourced food, but above all, homemade from start to finish: we savored sourdough bread and pasta made with their own wheat, and the rest is all there for you to try.
P.S. If you want to take a walk in the woods, Bosco Quarto is nearby, suitable for everyone, and Laghetto d'Umbra is a little further away.
23/01/2026: Even though we're from the area, we'd never been there before, and we finally had the opportunity to go for lunch on April 25, 2025. We were very surprised by the attention to detail, the vast spaces surrounded by nature, and the quiet location where you can breathe in the genuine air. There are also rooms and a swimming pool if you want to unplug from the chaos of the city. The lunch was very enjoyable, featuring typical local, zero-mile products of their own production... everything excellent. The wait between courses was a bit long, but since it was a holiday and the restaurant was packed, it was more than justified. Congratulations 🤗

30/11/2025: The food is good. Fantastic risotto, I'd stay there again for more. The fried food is really well done. The service is very friendly, without being overly familiar, attentive, and helpful: it makes you feel welcomed and cared for.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, very large. The style is a bit dated, or not what I expected, but since I'm there to eat, who cares... Anyway, it's truly a reference in this area.

09/02/2026: On Sunday, February 8, 2025, I dined with my wife and two other couples. We ate seafood appetizers, all fresh and delicious, served promptly and without long waits. Then we had two first courses: seafood linguine and spaghetti with clams. They were served in two sperlonga dishes, excellent both in terms of cooking and seasoning: not too spicy, but exquisite in flavor, aroma, and quantity of seafood. The white wine was very good and the side dishes were delicious. We enjoyed a good coffee and a nice "cicchetto." We'll be back soon to try some more succulent dishes, this time focusing on the second courses as well. The lakeside setting was very beautiful.

15/12/2025: We went to *Cupido* for dinner and were thrilled! We started with the "Cupido" aperitif: a delicious, generous selection, and meticulously prepared, perfect for a delicious start to the evening.
Followed by a truly excellent first course of *spaghetti with clams*: flavorful, well-seasoned, and made with fresh ingredients.
The *pizza* is a real guarantee: light and digestible dough, perfectly cooked, and generous toppings.
The menu also offers many *fish* options, ideal for those who want something different from the classic pizza.
Welcoming place, attentive staff, and excellent value.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
24/08/2025: The atmosphere is lovely; although the inside dining area is small, there are plenty of tables, and in the summer you can also eat outside. The pizza is delicious, and you can also order fish and meat dishes. The owners are friendly and welcoming, always available to accommodate any request.

26/04/2025: Posto non definito in cui si esaltavano prodotti a km 0 ma con materia prima mal cucinata e di qualità modesta. Il tutto con un conto finale di circa euro 50 mal pagati visto che abbiamo bevuto in 6 un litro di vino in caraffa e due bottiglie d'acqua. La ristorazione è altra cosa. Esperienza da non ripetere
