16/01/2026: Terrible service. You walk into this place and there's no meat on display like all the other steakhouses. The menu is the only one, you have no choice, there's no red meat, the burgers were pitiful, to say the least. We asked for some salad, and the owner told us it would come with the meat later, and it was just fennel and carrots. You couldn't pay with your card, which seemed like an excuse, given that there was the same review about this from five months ago. It's worthy of a report and a thorough investigation by the financial police. Dessert was just a sweet tarallo, and you had no other choice, and they kicked us out in the end, telling us they had to close and go to the farm. Never again, and I don't recommend it.

11/01/2026: We've been coming to this Braceria for several years now, and I can confirm the consistently excellent quality of the food. The place is very cute, and I must say that the owner, his wife, and the waitresses are very kind and helpful.

01/03/2026: Great place to eat good pizza. The quality and price are really excellent. It can get a bit crowded on weekends.

22/02/2026: We went to this place with a reservation at 9:15 PM and ordered appetizers and pizzas. The appetizers arrived promptly. After waiting two hours for the pizzas, we started asking how much longer we had to wait, but received no answer. After that, we decided to get up and leave, paying a whopping €65 for a portion of fries, fritters, and prosciutto, two bottles of water, and a beer. ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. RUDE STAFF, OWNER WHO CARE ABSOLUTELY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!!

22/11/2025: The place is small, definitely better enjoyed on nice days, where you can enjoy the small outdoor square, but it's always worth a visit, even if only for the specialties. The cartellata al vincolo, with ricotta and pear gelato, and the Sicilian cannoli with pistachio gelato and cannolo-flavored gelato!!! Truly delicious. The cream is exquisite, and the owner and his son are so kind. We'll be back!

26/10/2025: Just inside the historic part of Acquaviva, I highly recommend stopping at Gianfranco. He'll whip up a quick dish of the day straight from the traditional Bari cuisine or an excellent pizza. The portions are generous and the service is always friendly. The spaghetti alla chitarra alla San Giuannid is a real treat.
