It's clear she's a "daughter of the chef" and knows how to pamper her customers. Otherwise, the meats and specialties deserve top marks. Highly recommended.

26/06/2025: A real surprise from Paolo e F.lli in Acquaviva! I tried the stuffed panzerotto, truly spectacular: crunchy on the outside, stringy and tasty on the inside, prepared with care and quality ingredients.
The white pizza with buffalo mozzarella and raw ham alla caprese was an explosion of freshness and taste: light and well-cooked base, creamy buffalo mozzarella, sweet raw ham and perfect cherry tomatoes. Balanced, tasty, simply delicious.
And to finish, a fragrant and well-seasoned arancino: tasty but not heavy, one of the best I've ever tried in the area.
Fast and friendly service, fair prices. A must-see for those who love street food made with heart and quality.

22/08/2025: We had lunch at the estate on Ferragosto (August 15th). Adult menu €55: excellent homemade appetizers, a first course, a meat-based second course, fruit, drinks, and dessert.
Good food. What I absolutely didn't like was seeing all the tables get second helpings multiple times, while we didn't get any. Honestly, I found this dynamic unkind to the other diners. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

20/08/2025: It was my first time at the Chantilly Café in Acquaviva delle Fonti, and honestly, I wasn't expecting anything special... but I was amazed!
The gelato was a true revelation: creamy, rich in flavor, and with truly delicious ingredients. Every bite confirmed the quality and care with which it's prepared.
It's not easy these days to find a gelato that truly stands out, yet they succeeded here. A place that absolutely deserves to be discovered. Congratulations, a truly pleasant surprise!

07/09/2025: We ordered two takeout pizzas since the place was busy, and they were delicious, one of the best we've ever had, incredibly light with a delicate, satisfying flavor. The staff was friendly and quick, serving us in minutes. Great prices for the quality.
28/08/2025: We were passing through, recommended by another place that was closed for lunch. We had a great time; the meat was excellent, the fried food was good, the first course was mushrooms and sausage was good... the pizza offered by the owners was unexpected 🥰 the guy who works in the dining room was very precise and kind. Oh, the sorbet was delicious! The price was normal.

22/08/2025: I recently visited the butcher's shop and rotisserie in Acquaviva and I must say the quality of the meat is excellent: tender, flavorful, and perfectly selected. The variety is excellent, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients. The service is friendly and very welcoming; in particular, the restaurant owner's daughter stands out for her courtesy and professionalism, making the experience pleasant and personal.

27/08/2025: I tried the pasta all'assassina at this trattoria and it was a real surprise: perfectly cooked, perfectly crispy, and with that smoky, slightly spicy flavor that makes this dish unique.
The portion was generous and beautifully presented, with just the right amount of charring that distinguishes the true assassina from Bari.
The friendly service and family atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try a traditional Apulian dish prepared as it should be.

06/05/2025: Dal passaparola di amici decidiamo di trascorrere una serata qui, e la prima impressione è decisamente migliore delle migliori aspettative.
Un locale di circa 80 coperti con almeno 3 persone in sala che ti accolgono e sono a tua disposizione
Ma dove si è visto mai???
Il menù è di qualità e ricercato.
Abbiamo provato la tartare di tonno rosso con salmone a vapore ed è stato ottimo . A seguire polpo alla griglia e gamberoni in tempura alle mandorle, un maialino con cardoncelli fritti, bombette con scamorza senza lattosio, hamburger svuotato con funghi chiodini e scamorza ed infine un buon primo.
Ci torneremo presto! Bravissimi tutti
