24/12/2024: We were lucky enough to get a table without booking it in advance. What a wonderful place! The food was delicious. The staff spoke to us in English and were very helpful.

19/01/2025: Pizza Capricciosa in my opinion the best in the Pinerolo area. The rest is all excellent. Advised.

17/01/2025: I had dinner in this pizzeria, the food was good but too expensive, two pizzas, two small beers, two desserts and a coffee I paid €. 52.50. Too overpriced

30/12/2024: Unfortunately negative experience. The extra star compared to the minimum of 1 star is due to the fact that the interior of the restaurant is meticulously cared for in every detail, starting from the furniture up to the cataloging of the wine and the preservation of the meat. Unfortunately I chose not to consume and leave as I was greeted in a really glacial manner: it was pointed out to me that I was 5 minutes early compared to the opening time... then there was a "well go well go ahead come in" to end in dead silence for the entire 5 minutes that remained until the opening in which I was (purposely out of punctitiousness?) Left at the table without a menu or a word from the staff or owner. I chose to get up and leave to reward another more courteous and welcoming restaurant owner in the area.

21/12/2024: Ambiente molto bello e curato, pulito ed arredato con buon gusto. Anche l illuminazione è buona, crea una bella atmosfera. Carta dei vini di tutto rispetto. Sfortunatamente il servizio è stato scarso, nonostante il ristorante non fosse pieno, attirare l attenzione di un collaboratore di sala è stata più di una volta un impresa degna delle fatiche di Hercules. (Eravamo in una saletta nel piano interrato, molto bello tra le altre cose con vista sulla cantina). La nota che mi ha portato a dare uno scarso giudizio è stato il mio piatto "spider steak di Angus". Conosco molto bene la carne e i tagli anatomici e posso dire che sia come forma, come sapore e come tenerezza differisce molto dal taglio che conosco e a cui sono abituato a cucinare. Essendo un taglio che rimane all interno delle anche e che non serve per il movimento, dovrebbe essere molto tenero, con una notevole parte di grasso e un gusto molto rotondo, nulla di così lontano da quello che ho mangiato. La picanha, probabilmente scongelata da poco, non ha conservato la succosità e la tenerezza, gusto mediocre. Il vino della casa, per quando consci del fatto che non sia un vino di qualità, rimaneva comunque tendente all' acidulo. Dolci molto buoni. Peccato perché le potenzialità possono essere alte.

22/12/2024: Easter Saturday, trip to Miradolo castle, let's look for a quick lunch. We find this restaurant... to return. First and second courses well prepared and even a little refined, simple but clean place. Clean and attentive service. the bill? Surprise for two 22 euros. I'll be back for sure. Of course it is a trattoria and not a restaurant with stars but I assure you that I ate better than many famous restaurants. 2 years ago I wrote that I would return and so I did. 5 stars again. Good and well presented food. Very kind staff. A confirmation.
