24/02/2026: We went to a beautiful restaurant after our trip to the Soratte bunker. It's located in a small three-story building. Each floor has rooms decorated differently, but all are welcoming and unique. The fixed menu is €30, but we ate a lot, and above all, we enjoyed it. Everything was delicious and exquisite: appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, coffee, and bitter wine. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time, and the staff was super kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: We had a delightful evening. The restaurant is located just steps from Lake Piverone and is one of the restaurants of the Tradizione Canavesana, an association of restaurateurs who celebrate the region and the unique characteristics of the Canavese area. I was immediately struck by the round tables and especially by the unique and characteristic arrangement of the chairs, which already demonstrates an attention to hospitality and detail. The menu is in line with tradition, with a few ingredients that make the dishes a little more "cool." There were eight of us and we ate a bit of everything (much to the delight of the kitchen). I preferred to try the specialty conegone, the river fish from Lake Viverone. I had it as an appetizer in carpione (pickled with onions, sage, and vegetables, a typical Piedmontese dish) and then as a main course I had it with fried perch with skirts. The perch was very, very good. Other diners enjoyed the Fassone battutala with tempura zucchini flowers, and the turmeric gnocchi with mint and sopek. We also had no qualms about the price: stuffed peaches (good), a portion of zabaglione (really well presented and a lot of it), apple puff pastry with cream and galato (very good and similar to tarte tatin), and even the nougat and raspberry semifreddo. It was a very pleasant evening. The food lived up to expectations. The portions were also adequate; the only thing that could perhaps be improved was the speed, as we waited a bit long (also because we ordered a thousand different things). Good value for money. We'll be back. PS: There are no mosquitoes, and above all, it's wonderful to be inside, even in the summer.
