Meanwhile, one day you can no longer pay with Satispay and the justifications are somewhat questionable, then I discover why through the experiences of others and the rumors circulating regarding the treatment they reserve for customers. But I will talk about my experience. I purchased 3 products from Monopoly, on one in particular I was charged 5% tax by paying with a debit card as if it were due, without asking me, but above all, slyly while making the transaction he said it in a very low voice almost as if he wanted to hide. At the time I didn't have the energy to stop him, so I go out shopping. Then, upon reflection, I went back to ask for confirmation and explanations as to whether it was correct to pay €0.50 cents more on €10. I am told that they are authorized. I demonstrate my perplexity and still leave with many doubts. At that point I call 117 and they confirm that they have no right to tax products of that kind and that I can be sanctioned by intervening and reporting. I'll leave the complaint alone, but I'll come back again and point out what I just described. At that point I am told that I had been warned before, and that they are not obliged to accept the POS for payments, but above all, that they are fair to customers. Furthermore, suddenly a card appears with information on the taxes that may apply, but which they kept hidden in a drawer, as if it were ready for use, in cases like this. Finally, they try to give me back the 0.50 cents which I refuse to demonstrate that respect and honesty have no price. With my 50 cents they bought the loss of a customer and I hope that this message will help others to open their eyes and/or make merchants reflect. I hope I was clear.
