12/01/2026: I would like to express a negative opinion regarding the catering service offered by Mauro's restaurant for our wedding reception. The lunch served during the event did not meet our contractual agreement and, more importantly, did not reflect, either in quality or presentation, the "rehearsal lunch" we had previously had at the restaurant, which was the basis for our choice. Another critical point was the owner's attitude, which was unhelpful, surly, and arrogant, particularly when requesting and collecting the agreed-upon fees. This created an unpleasant and unsuitable situation for such a significant event. Regarding the pastry shop, despite being outsourced, we also encountered issues with pricing, resulting in a lack of clarity and transparency in the overall financial management. Overall, the experience was disappointing, both in terms of service and in terms of human and professionalism, which are crucial aspects when it comes to a unique event like a wedding.
