13/02/2025: The place was very good and nice, the staff and top service seated us 30 minutes early and were very welcoming even for a small child. Chef came to say hello and see that everything was fine, Michelin star obviously deserved!
11/02/2025: The food and hospitality are always excellent. Chef Mariangela Susigan increasingly lives up to her mission, always innovative.

23/02/2025: A truly excellent restaurant. We had dinner and all the dishes we tried expressed the high quality of the ingredients as well as being decidedly well cooked. The bulk wine was also very good. Definitely worth returning.

You learn politeness and you don't snort in front of customers, you don't make up that the food is finished.
And when I was in the bathroom I heard him say "what a drag these guys are".

06/12/2024: If we talk about pizza, the pizza chef and the dough are always what make the difference in these cases, I had served myself in this place years ago, I took advantage of it recently with a very simple take-away Margherita and I must say that the quality has dropped Unfortunately, the pizza was too chewy, not great, sorry! Since there is a lot of competition in the country, if I were me, I would try to raise the quality, it would all be to my advantage! 🤷♂️

02/11/2024: Pranzo in famiglia per il compleanno della nonna.
Siamo andati sul sicuro. Il menu comprende a un tagliere misto, il fritto con olive ascolane, crema e verdure fritte, carne cruda, 2 primi molto gustosi, arrosticini, un assaggio di trippa. Tutto abbondante e con ingredienti di qualità.
Il padrone di casa si destreggia tra cucina e servizio senza perdere un colpo, facendo fronte anche ad impreviste richieste. Sempre soddisfacente. Consigliato.
