29/12/2024: Spectacular Italian pizza restaurant. A gyropizza system that allows you to try all kinds of recipes. Simply, ex-qui-si-to. The staff treatment was excellent, especially the waitress Ilaria. Everything wonderful.

Ate venison and polenta… heavenly, and I'm not exaggerating.
I was a "guest" for work at one of the best restaurants in Italy but this place and this cuisine can only have one description: Moving!
04/01/2025: Il camino acceso ha reso ancora più accogliente questa gradevole trattoria nella storica via Fontan di Bussoleno, ove siamo passati per un veloce pranzo servito con pietanze piemontesi: gustosi gli antipasti come strudel di baccalà e olive taggiasche, flan di peperoni con crema di gorgonzola e vitello tonnato; gustosi i primi come i tajarin ai porcini e le tagliatelle al ragù di vitello. Consigliata!

20/08/2024: Sure it is not the Cuore di Panna of the previous managers. I take a yoghurt which in an ice cream shop is thought of as the classic cold yoghurt with various pralines etc....a bit of ice cream in short!! SORRY It was a yogurt like the one in the supermarket jars.
Ice creams were not displayed like they used to be. Well, that's sad. But the girl was very kind.

23/11/2023: First and last experience unfortunately. The owner is a very kind person, but the pizza is something else... Prices clearly above average for a pizza place by the slice and on the other hand the dough is not leavened at all, so much so that it seems raw... the bubbles on the edge of good naturally leavened Neapolitan pizzas are non-existent, the consistency is rubbery and the spicy salami seems rancid, so much so that both my husband and I have stomach ache... I suggest a course to learn how to make the dough and slightly more ingredients fresh...the positive note is the friendliness of those who manage the place.
