13/03/2024: I was disappointed with the experience at the Del Tiro A Segno restaurant. Not only did they charge me a 15 euro cancellation fee without notice, even though we were a slightly small group (nine to eight people) in a semi-deserted place, but the food also did not meet expectations.
The veal with tuna starter was tasty but decidedly small, and considering the price I would have expected a more generous portion. The real problem came with the first course: the extruded pasta, unfortunately, was quite overcooked and the truffle that accompanied it seemed old and lacking in flavour, disappointing considering the expectations I had for a restaurant of this reputation.
I was especially disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the cancellation charge policy and the quality of the food served. Despite this, I must admit that the environment of the restaurant was pleasant and well looked after, with a welcoming atmosphere that could have improved the overall experience if accompanied by service and cuisine up to par. I was hoping for a memorable gastronomic experience also because we came from very far away, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations.

27/01/2024: Menu bambino 10.90. Mia figlia, 2 anni e mezzo, gli ho dato 2 gamberetti dei miei. La proprietaria mi dice che se la bambina mangia deve pagare quello che consuma. Giusto. Allora le faccio portare il coperto e ordino altri gamberi. Mai arrivati. Mi dice che la bambina aveva già mangiato. La presa in giro. Li ho riordinati visto che erano l'unica cosa che ha mangiato. Alla fine mi dicono che loro hanno visto la bambina che mangiava i gamberetti e i ravioli e pagherò solo quello per lei. Totale 10.80. Al massimo mi fai pagare solo i ravioli. In più... nella rabbia mi sono accorta solo in macchina... lo scontrino? Nessuno dei commensali lo ha ricevuto con il resto. Sicuramente MAI più

Le sale sono molto belle, luogo adatto sia a cene romantiche, sia in famiglia, sia con gli amici

We had an excellent reception for my nephew's baptism in Arona, and everything was as I expected, compliments also to his staff.
