02/11/2025: Excellent lunch at this trattoria in Borgomanero. The restaurant is informal, well-maintained, modern, welcoming, and stylishly furnished. Service is prompt, and the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The dishes are excellent and carefully crafted, and the menu is varied, offering dishes ranging from fish and meat to traditional local favorites. The wine cellar is excellent. The restaurant is very quiet, a pleasant place to relax and chat with other diners. Prices are average and consistent with the menu. I recommend booking as there are limited seating. Highly recommended if you're passing through Borgomanero.

Pleasant atmosphere, professional and friendly service, and excellent cuisine.
Few dishes, but well-made and beautifully presented, with traditional local dishes (the "tapulone") and other well-revisited Piedmontese dishes.
The meat was excellent (diaphragm...) and there was a good selection of cheeses.
We returned a second time a year later and...
same result...great atmosphere and...
the food was good!!!!

The care that Davide, the owner and chef, has put into revitalizing this old farmhouse is heartfelt.
And you'll find the same care in his dishes, simple but made with quality ingredients.
It's wonderful to be welcomed by his smile and the kindness of his girls.

31/07/2025: Dinner with friends for pizza: the pizza menu is good, extensive and original, and the meat selection is also good, with reasonable prices. The pizza dough was thin and crispy, though for me, who prefers Neapolitan pizza, it wasn't the best, but the toppings were truly remarkable, both in quality and quantity. It's just a matter of taste when it comes to the dough, but overall, I'd say it's an excellent choice.

19/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. I went for lunch to celebrate the Ginestra villagers. The appetizers and first courses were excellent, the mushroom risotto was excellent, the grilled fillet of oregano was delicious, and the cake was also excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
19/10/2025: Today in this hotel/restaurant I had lunch in the company of childhood friends and locals. (It had been a few years since we met).
Excellent appetizers, risotto with mushrooms, roast with potatoes (excellent), grilled beef steak with golden fennel and finally fruit tart. All very good.
The staff was always present, kind and helpful.

17/09/2025: Big assortment and small queues to the cash desks.The only disadvantage is the guy from security staff who ordered to put my small 20l backpack into the locker, however I disagreed becasue I had the wallet and all my docs inside.
Worth to visit before noon.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, making every customer feel like the center of attention. It's clear that they are true professionals, people who love their work and do it with passion.
The aperitif was excellent: fresh ingredients, balanced pairings, and an attention to quality that truly makes the difference. The drinks were well-prepared, sophisticated, yet easily appreciated by all.

12/10/2025: The pizza is excellent, high as we like it, made with fresh ingredients and above all digestible. We love their pizza round. The small garden with games for children is unexpected.
