25/02/2026: I had the pleasure of a truly extraordinary tasting experience, and I was thrilled from start to finish. The experience began with a very fresh cuttlefish tartare, delicate and perfectly balanced in flavor, showcasing the quality of the raw material with great elegance. Each course was a crescendo of flavors, presented with care and attention to detail. The finale was simply memorable: a surprising dessert, with an intense peanut flavor, even shaped like a peanut. Not only delicious, but also creative and spectacular, a perfect conclusion that demonstrates research, technique, and personality. A special round of applause goes to the waiters, whose professionalism is impeccable... attentive, friendly, always present without being intrusive. They accompanied each dish with precise explanations and evident passion for their work. The restaurant is super clean, with attention to every detail, and a welcoming and refined atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to the chef, who truly outdid himself. You can sense his love for cooking, his creativity, and his desire to amaze without ever losing sight of the harmony of flavors. An experience I absolutely recommend and can't wait to repeat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

26/12/2025: Unfortunately, my Christmas lunch was an unpleasant experience. I called to ask if it was possible to have a vegetarian menu, possibly with fish, and the answer was no problem, in fact, I can indulge myself. The price of the menu was €60, drinks not included, and we were told that they would give us a discount... moral of the story: 4 courses that could have passed for vegetarians because they were on the normal menu with vegetables and cheese. I must point out that we, there were 3 of us, were not given the vegetarian menu. Our 3 friends were given the Christmas lunch menu like all the other diners. Instead of the crostini with salmon, we were given a raw artichoke salad, then risotto with pumpkin, which I didn't have because I'm intolerant. I had gnocchi with castelmagno cheese, as a second course, a vegetable burger with cooked vegetables, which I didn't want, and to finish, a slice of artisanal panettone... moral of the story: at the time of payment, €60. per person, when we mentioned the discount, the response was, "Well, it's Christmas!" So if because it's Christmas I have to spend the aforementioned amount to eat next to nothing, I'll go to a place where they have a vegetarian menu with the option of fish and spend €30/35 max...never again."

11/01/2026: A couple's lunch at this excellent restaurant. Despite being quite far from my place of residence, it was on our itinerary. The restaurant is very elegant, clean, chic, and welcoming. The staff is kind, courteous, and very professional, but also very helpful. The menu is excellent with a wide selection. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation are top-notch. We opted for the four-course "Geppetto" menu. Everything was truly exceptional, starting with the off-menu welcome aperitifs. All the courses deserve a more detailed explanation, but I'd go on too long. As for "sweet tooth," I'd recommend the zabaglione dessert served in a hot copper pan, as pictured. Truly surprising. Even the price, while certainly not cheap, perfectly reflects the quality/quantity of the dishes. I don't know when, considering the distance of about 150 km, but we plan to return as soon as possible. Full marks.

06/01/2026: A historic venue, but a bit dated. The service is discreet and very attentive. As for the wine list, it's excellent (all Piedmontese wines are there!). The food: excellent bagna calda (not inconsiderable price), the iconic dish of the president's agnolotti was a real treat, as was the zabaglione. Expect to pay around €90 for a €30 bottle.

13/02/2026: Given all the great reviews, perhaps we've had a bad day? I don't know if it was the waitress or the owner, she was very unhelpful despite the very few people in attendance for lunch, even annoyed. Cafeteria-like food, a truly awful atmosphere, a place to forget. It makes you wonder why they do this job if they lack desire and passion.

27/01/2026: This place is not recommended for anyone with a furry friend, as four-legged guests are not welcome! I've had a poodle for six years, and he's always come with me everywhere. I've never had any problems; in fact, I often get compliments on him. I recently tried to book a table and, for the first time in six years, I was told that the dog had to stay under the table, not bark, not feed him, and, better yet, maybe not breathe (I'm adding this, obviously, in a decidedly polemical tone)! I'm sorry to say that the restaurant has definitely lost a customer, and I fear that other animal lovers won't appreciate it either! I wrote a review following a phone call where you said, "I'm telling you that the dog can come, but if anything happens, we'll see!" If that means we're welcome, well, it doesn't seem like it to me! I only reviewed what happened, and it's my right to do so! As you say, anyone reading this will understand!

17/02/2026: My son celebrated his eighteenth birthday here. We had a really great time, especially the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. Highly recommended.

30/11/2025: Last night we celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday...we were delighted...everything was perfect, taken care of down to the smallest details. Every wish comes true at Rosy's...I highly recommend it.
