The Cach pizza is highly recommended (half pizza with speck and gorgonzola and half pizza with sausage) and pizza with speck, goat's gorgonzola and yellow datterini tomatoes. The menu is very extensive and has a wide variety of choices

25/08/2024: Piatti della tradizione culinaria piemontese, eccellenti. Tutti i piatti, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi sono cucinati in modo sapiente. Il vostro palato vi ringraziera'. Consiglio vivamente questa trattoria, infine il panorama che potrete ammirare dalla terrazza è davvero caratteristico.

16/08/2024: Here you certainly won't find starred cuisine or service provided by waiters with bow ties (indeed 😂), but excellent home cooking that is generous in portions, simplicity and authenticity (the tigelle with lard sauce are divine!). If you agree with these assumptions, the quality/price/service ratio is excellent. The road to get to the restaurant's car park is very narrow and steep in the last stretch, but it is practicable if you are a bit smart behind the wheel, otherwise leave the car in the car park below and go up on foot. Enviable position, if you eat outside in summer the view is very pleasant. Various itineraries for walks on Monbracco also depart from here.
