10/07/2025: We took a 24-hour getaway to Sambuco. We took advantage of the spa area, which was very pleasant and quite varied: two saunas, a Turkish bath, a whirlpool, a Knipe bath, and various showers. The spa is not included in the room rate; we paid €15. The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained in a mountain cabin style. Perhaps the bathrooms are a bit old-fashioned. I would avoid single-use soap and shower gel sachets, as well as plastic cups wrapped in plastic bags. The highlight is the restaurant: the Sambuco lamb was delicious, and the rest of the half-board menu was also good. The owners are very kind; they recommended a beautiful hike for us.
