A criticism of the service, the dishes were not served uniformly, the first course for some was served when others had already finished it, this is not good..

Ci sono stato per degustazione delle loro specialità e precisamente il bicerot e il pistacchiotto
Il primo è una bevanda a base di caffè con Nutella e panna e l'altro con variante al pistacchio .
Molto buoni entrambi e servizio estremamente gentile.
All'atto del pagamento mi è stato illustrato il loro programma di appuntamenti serali con musica e si entra nel dettaglio inquadrando il QR che è stampato sullo scontrino.
Buona organizzazione e molto bene tutto il resto.
08/12/2024: I came across this bar by chance while I was in Barge for work. I stopped for some toast and a drink, and I have to say I had some of the best toast I've ever had in a bar. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the historic decor of the venue, which adds a touch of unique charm to the experience.

23/11/2024: Today I ate agnolotti with cream of leeks and potatoes in melted butter, delicious and then roasted with potatoes, a delicious dish, compliments to the chef.

08/12/2024: All the ladies and gentlemen. Food partly provided by the non-intensive pig farm managed by the lady's husband. Extreme flexibility of opening times within the agreed opening hours. Terrace on the Cavour plain and amazing view, with Monviso behind: what else? Excellent quality/price ratio, with gourmet ideas (red fruit jam with the cutting board, chestnut sauce with the shank, perfect puree...)

Very modern and nice architecture inside an old historic building. spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast, pet friendly but the shiniest point for me is the girl working there who transfers a huge warm welcome and she is so available. For sure she indeed is an added value

17/11/2024: Gradevolissima locale in un ambiente naturale molto bello, vicino all’antica Trappa di Mombracco. Cucina casalinga , ottima e molto genuina. Servizio efficiente, personale gentile, non caro. Davvero consigliato.
04/08/2024: Bellissima location sulla cima del monte da dove si gode di un’ottima vista.
Il personale di servizio è molto gentile.
Il menù è fisso e cambia ogni giorno
Porzioni non molto abbondanti ma questo consente di mangiare tutto da antipasto al dolce.
Il cibo in generale è di ottima qualità e cucinato secondo la tradizione piemontese.
Dopo pranzo è possibile visitare il vicino borgo caratteristico.
Prezzo onesto.

03/01/2025: Siamo stati in cascina per il cenone di San Silvestro, locale molto accogliente, servizio all’altezza, ogni pietanza è stata servita su un piatto diverso e ben impiattata, gli antipasti erano abbinati a sapori particolari che ho molto apprezzato.
Unico suggerimento: nel menù avrei scritto “dolce” e non “dolci” visto che ne è stato servito solo uno
14/12/2024: Menù settimanale di lavoro a 17 €. Primo, secondo con contorno, dolce, acqua, vino, caffè. Non è molto chiaro cosa è incluso nel menù a 11 € sul cartello fuori. Forse alcune pietante un pò salate. Locale pulito. Servizio cordiale

Da fuori non gli daresti una lira (e pure dentro non è irresistibile…) ma è un’autentica trattoria dove si mangia quel che è stato preparato quello stesso giorno (e che può finire) con un rapporto qualità prezzo (12 Euro per due portate più dolce e caffè) imparagonabile con qualsiasi altro posto, in Italia, in cui sia mai stato!

08/12/2023: Cibi non troppo raffinati, piu' da pub che da pizzeria vera e propria . Sufficiente per una pizza mentre si chiacchiera e si sente musica dal vivo, che quella sera era buona ed a volume ragionevole
