30/07/2024: Gita fuori porta.. ogni volta che ci troviamo in zona passiamo in questo delizioso bar dal fascino antico.
Il locale, nel centro storico di Barge, è il più storico della provincia di Cuneo. Un vero gioiellino.
Questa volta abbiamo provato il loro bicerin. Delizioso. Mentre i bambini hanno consumato il loro buonissimo gelato artigianale.
In passato avevamo optato per l'aperitivo.
Il proprietario è molto gentile, dai suoi racconti traspare la passione per il proprio lavoro. Se siete fortunati e lo incrocerete vi racconterà l'origine del bicerin e qualche aneddoto sulla storia del locale.
Super consigliato!!!

04/09/2024: Cozy place, with a spectacular view of the valley. For now I stopped for a sandwich, beer, dessert and coffee.... super ham! I will go back for lunch also because salami and other similar products are made by them and the quality can be felt. Very kind staff! Really top place 🔝🔝🔝
02/09/2024: We went for lunch two days ago, we took advantage of the fixed menu lunch. I must say excellent and plentiful. The cold cuts platter is excellent, the soused trout is excellent, the ravioli are excellent. The guys who served us were quick and friendly, a breathtaking view for a truly splendid place. I don't take photos, so as not to spoil it and because I prefer to eat than be a photographer... I just leave the environment and the view...

17/03/2024: La salita per arrivarci appaga la cena che abbiamo fatto. Bel panorama e locale ristrutturato perfettamente. Ci vengono proposti due menù a 25 €. Si può ordinare anche alla carta. Salumi buonissimi, tagliolini eccellenti, brasato stratosferico. Questo è stato il mio menu. I miei commensali hanno gradito altresì il loro menù. Alla fine la cordialità dei proprietari ci ha salutato, un arrivederci che faremo presto.

08/12/2023: Cibi non troppo raffinati, piu' da pub che da pizzeria vera e propria . Sufficiente per una pizza mentre si chiacchiera e si sente musica dal vivo, che quella sera era buona ed a volume ragionevole
