23/12/2025: È un bar a conduzione familiare che si trova al centro di Villanova d'Asti, in via Roma n°107. È un locale ben gestito e pulito e possiede duesale: la prima sala adibita per il bar, mentre la seconda sala per mangiare a pranzo. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile.

14/04/2026: While attending an event, we sampled this restaurant's buffet-style cuisine. Everything was very simple in its preparation; the "sweet semolina" was particularly noteworthy, although it wasn't overly stringy and sweet; and the "tuna sauce" on the (well-cooked) round steak had very little tuna in it. Otherwise, it was decent and appreciable. The restaurant is very spacious, clean, and welcoming. Five-star service; the staff was helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable.

12/04/2026: Today, April 12, 2020, my wife and I, along with four other couples, attended the "Gran Buffet," a 50-course menu from appetizers to dessert. The restaurant was simply delightful, and the wait staff was attentive enough. Red wine: Dolcetto DOC. White wine: Chardonnay DOC. The wines were mediocre, low in alcohol: 12.5 and 12, respectively. There was a lot of food, but not 50 as advertised. The quality was truly poor, and nothing distinctive, nothing sophisticated. Mean food from a company cafeteria, with all due respect for this type of dining, but not from the "in" restaurant that Tenuta Val Minier claims to be. €34 per person, plus coffee for those who requested it. Attracting customers with 50 courses at this price is easy, but satisfying those attracted is another matter entirely. For the same price, in a trattoria, you can eat typical, high-quality food and be served at your table. As always, overly tempting offers should be carefully considered.

31/03/2026: Whenever I'm in the area and it's a good time, I'm happy to stop in. The food is good, the service is perfect. There's a truck stop across the street for five trucks. Apparently, the establishment is family-run, and they're very friendly. The place is clean and welcoming.

26/03/2026: Never again, I speak as a truck driver, I stopped with some colleagues for dinner, the whole menu with stuff to heat up in the microwave and prices like those of a luxury restaurant
