15/05/2026: Far from haste, far from the dimension of time, which others would shorten to increase production. Here the mind can create beauty, without the dimension of time, in the wonderful authenticity of food, in the serenity of the place. Here we can understand that it never makes sense to harbor feelings of guilt... about food.
11/05/2026: My dear friends took me to this place to celebrate my 50th birthday and they surprised me in every sense of the word... not knowing I'd find them all here... we ate typical Piedmontese dishes, I hadn't eaten so much and so well in years... the waiters were young and very kind, I can only say that the party was a success... very good. Highly recommended even if the road to get there is long and there is no parking... we'll be back soon 😋😋😋💪💪🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍😘😘😘
