23/12/2024: Excellent raw materials, good wine combinations, the chef courageous in using different techniques for traditional dishes in a modern key, spot-on execution. Good service and nice place in the heart of the Asti hills. Lots of territory in the dishes and wines, and this is really important.
17/12/2024: It's not the first time I've experienced Ca' Vittoria, but it was my first in the "cold" season. What can I say, I love the place in every way and the dishes are simply fantastic. It is a starred wine which, personally, presents a wonderful combination of tastes creating a notable gap in comparison to "equal level". I highly recommend

06/02/2025: Excellent products, perhaps some under-seasoned but of quality! Medium-high price with fixed menu, good quality of the wines included in the tasting menu! Recommended, some problems with parking to be better organized

17/01/2024: Per la cena di capodanno siamo venuti a mangiare con amici. Tolta la carne cruda come antipasto il resto lasciava molto a desiderare . Infine allo scoccare della mezza notte non avevamo neanche il vino per brindare . Non tornerò
