We received excellent dishes, of quality both in the ingredients and in the preparation; excellent service and valuable advice for wine pairings; all in a fascinating setting. I chose dishes with Alba truffles while my girlfriend enjoyed traditional Piedmontese dishes. Place run by a young couple: he is the chef and she is present with grace and professionalism (she is also a sommelier) in the room. In good weather it is possible to sit on the outdoor tables and enjoy the beautiful panorama of the surrounding vineyards.
