A wonderful evening!
22/06/2026: We went to dinner today, on a very hot day. Among other things, we ordered a bottle of red wine. Unfortunately, it was at room temperature, so I'd estimate it was close to 30 degrees Celsius. The wine arrived in a cooling sleeve, but it wasn't chilled enough for such an overheated wine. We complained twice. They then put ice cubes on the table! What can I say? After we'd finished our two courses, the wine was still far too warm. The owner then tried to explain to us that red wine has to be served warm.
I find it regrettable that such basic things don't work in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
We paid, but we didn't drink the wine. Despite our complaint, we were charged the full price for it.
The food was okay.
Overall, this was our worst experience in over 20 years of dining in Piedmont.

16/05/2026: Good food. But a forty-minute wait for a bad pizza, which is too long. The waitresses even looked at me in surprise when I said the pizza was wrong, as if it wasn't possible they'd made a normal mistake.
11/05/2026: We had a delicious meal! The craft beer is very good and light. I highly recommend it.

10/06/2026: We first discovered Adagio during my very first visit in May 2025, and from that moment it became one of those rare dining experiences that stays with you long after you’ve left.
We chose the tasting menu and what unfolded was far more than a meal - it was theatre, artistry and a little bit of magic all rolled into one. Every course surprised and delighted, showcasing not only exceptional technical skill but also incredible creativity and passion. It was immediately clear that the chefs are hugely talented, but what made the experience even more special was having the opportunity to meet them and witness first-hand the dedication they bring to their craft.
Following that first visit, we returned several times as the team helped us create and refine the menu for our wedding celebrations. Each visit reinforced why we had fallen in love with Adagio in the first place. The attention to detail, willingness to collaborate and genuine enthusiasm for creating something memorable made the whole process a joy.
By the time we returned in October, Adagio had deservedly been awarded two stars in the Cucina Radiosa guide and recognised in the Forbes 100 - accolades that came as no surprise to us. The food is extraordinary, but what truly sets Adagio apart is the passion, dedication and artistry behind every dish. You can feel how much the team cares about creating something special.
Entrusting Adagio with our wedding menu was one of the best decisions we made. The meal they created for us was nothing short of a masterpiece and became one of the highlights of our celebrations. Months and years from now, we know our guests will still be talking about the food.
A huge thank you to the entire team for sharing your talent, creativity and passion with us, and for helping create such unforgettable memories. We feel incredibly fortunate to have experienced your magic and look forward to returning at every opportunity we get.

03/05/2026: Hmm, the menu was exactly as expected. Very good, very special. An experience. The surrounding atmosphere, however, was oppressive. A single, very friendly waitress tried her best to serve the eight guests at four tables. She rushed back and forth, delivering her little spiel. That was it; nothing more was possible. Five courses, three and a half hours. No one except this one woman moved around the room. No lively, celebratory atmosphere as is customary in such gourmet temples. No visits from the supposed (star) chefs at the table. Presumably, these gentlemen don't even exist. The discrepancy between the expectations based on the website and reality couldn't be greater. Once there is enough. And not having been there is just as good.

24/12/2024: "Questa è stata una delle peggiori esperienze che abbia mai avuto in un ristorante. I clienti sono così maleducati che si chiamano da un tavolo all'altro, come se fossero a una riunione di famiglia e non in un ristorante. I camerieri sono estremamente poco professionali: si siedono ai tavoli con i loro amici e diventa praticamente impossibile attirare la loro attenzione quando ne hai bisogno. Inoltre, bevono durante l'orario di lavoro, il che lascia un'impressione davvero negativa.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, i prezzi sono effettivamente più bassi rispetto ad altri ristoranti, ma la qualità e il gusto sono ben al di sotto della media. I piatti possono essere abbondanti, ma mancano di qualità e sapore che ti farebbero tornare.
Tornerei di nuovo? Assolutamente NO. Se state cercando una vera esperienza gastronomica macedone, questo posto non fa per voi."

Insalate ottime, carne veramente buona e abbondante, ottimo tutto
