The environment is very welcoming with excellent background music that allows you to relax and pleasantly savor what you are eating. The owner hurried to our table to apologize for the delay in the release of one of the dishes. The gluten-free base of the pizzas is not a banal chalky disc, but a balanced mixture that does not make you miss the traditional dough based on wheat flour.
