05/10/2025: This is my second time dining here, and honestly, the tip is quite generous. I'm not a wine drinker, but today, when I asked for a half glass of Rosso Montepulciano, I consider the €13.50 price tag a rip-off, considering I frequent Montepulciano, and Montepulciano is something else entirely. All other prices are average and reasonable.

We've come here a couple of times for work in the evenings. The raw seafood is top-notch. Very fresh fish, delicious fried food. The wines are excellent, and the service is impeccable. The owner is very friendly!

04/09/2025: A €1.40 coffee is way too much. Even with a decent pastry. Considering the place is located in an industrial area! The baked goods were adequate, both in quality and price. This was out of line with the price of the coffee. All this in Campobasso. In Rome, I've never paid such a price at a bar or counter. And in some areas, coffee is still served for €1. Maximum €1.20. Only at the Caffè Greco, near Piazza di Spagna, did I find a higher price...
29/08/2025: If you want to pay €1.40 for a coffee in the industrial area of Campobasso, in the Molise region... please go ahead.
Personally, I, who come from Florence, refused.
P.S. I wouldn't describe the staff as welcoming or friendly.

05/11/2025: The ice cream is very good but the place is always dirty, the bathroom doesn't close and the staff is often unfriendly and forgetful (they rarely give you a receipt and if you ask for it they look at you a bit like that)

05/10/2025: We went to this place last night with some friends. The pizza was excellent. I had the pizza of the month, with excellent ingredients and spectacular fried foods. The service was fast, and the waiters were very kind and attentive. I compliment the pizza chef and will definitely be back.

04/08/2025: Very nice place. Delicious, varied meat dishes. Excellent appetizers and side dishes of potatoes and grilled vegetables. The homemade desserts are very good. The owners and staff are courteous and kind.
03/08/2025: This restaurant is amazing. This family-run restaurant offers tasty, home-cooked cuisine and generous portions for the starters. I recommend the meat, it's exceptional!
Tender, melts in your mouth. High quality.
The entrecote is top-notch!

07/11/2025: Breakfast was super enjoyable! Everything was really good, although the Pain Suisse was a little overcooked for my taste. A heartfelt thank you to Gianluca, the waiter who looked after us with such kindness and friendliness.
15/10/2025: Top! Everything was truly excellent: both the food and the drinks, all prepared with care and uniquely delicious.
The staff is always helpful, kind, and courteous; you can tell they care about the customer and the service.
A place where it's always a pleasure to return!

06/11/2025: A truly fantastic experience!! Core d'Zia is a top-notch grill restaurant. We had a 1.400kg steak. Amazing: so tender, it literally melted in your mouth like butter. The appetizers were also superb, especially the porcini mushroom carpaccio and the sweet and sour onion. The service was impeccable; the waitress was extremely kind and attentive, and she looked after us every step of the way throughout the meal. I was truly impressed, highly recommended!! 14/10/2025: Ideal hotel for conference events close to the center/university of Campobasso without the need for scenery, reachable only by taxi for about ten euros in 8/10 minutes, clean with friendly staff, I would have perhaps preferred a kettle in the room for evening herbal tea, honest restaurant with good quality/price ratio with staff who are busy giving you good service.

17/10/2025: A place that smells like home!
Mario and his son Andrea are excellent hosts! The service is fast and friendly. The dishes are all delicious, reminiscent of Sunday lunch, and the lady's desserts are out of this world! All this is topped off with lots of laughter and an atmosphere of total serenity.
For us, it's home! Highly recommended.
14/09/2025: It's a typical, traditional restaurant, with a history spanning several generations, and it deserves to be seen as such. It's homey, and the food is fantastic, with delicious dishes cooked just as they would be in a Molise home. The homemade pasta and the amazingly flavorful desserts make this place unforgettable, but we'll definitely be back for the company of the friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive staff.
