17/08/2024: Pleasant surprise in the historic center of Campobasso. Excellent food, good house wine. Excellent service, compliments to the waitress who, despite being alone in the room, did an excellent job. Excellent prices for quality of food. Highly recommended!!!!

15/08/2024: Mid-August lunch was a disappointment!! Heavy pork based. Starter: tomato salad on frisella, cavatelli with tracchiole and cotechino sauce (almost black), stewed pork cheek. Winter menu. Without fruit, dessert or coffee and drinks excluded and high price. Given how the owner behaved, I don't think I'll go back

28/08/2024: Here you can find the most authentic and genuine Campobasso cuisine, like these sumptuous pappardelle with three tomatoes: dried, raw and cooked (and be careful not to splash your shirt during the generous rolling operations!) Also absolutely worth tasting are the minced half ziti with pork sauce (a must!) and all the other extraordinary dishes proposed by the very efficient and kind Claudia

13/10/2024: Sono stata ieri sera con mio marito a mangiare la pizza in questo posto dopo aver letto e sentito pareri positivi ma l'esperienza è stata totalmente deludente. La pizza non ha niente a che fare con quella napoletana... è sottile e poco lievitata tanto che sono stata male tutta la notte a causa della scarsa digeribilità. C'è notevolmente di meglio in zona ma meno pubblicizzato.

24/08/2024: Locale carino, anche se forse un po’ “freddo”, penso si possa osare con un arredamento un tantino più moderno. Pizza buona, impasto leggero e cottura ottimale che non la rende focaccia, un cornicione “a canotto” sarebbe meglio. Servizio veloce, tempo di attesa nella media. Consigliato se si vuole provare qualcosa di diverso visto la varietà di pizze proposte.

27/11/2024: The concept of good food is unknown to most... Finding myself here today in Campobasso, in response to a request where I could eat something characteristic, I received an indication of this restaurant. Since that dish was not available, I opted for Livorno-style cod and mushroom aubergines. When I ordered I asked for information whether it was cod fillet or other parts, as I had been told that it was fillet, when it arrived the dish where there was a tiny portion of fillet and the terminal part (very thin) of what is called cod, I pointed out that we were talking about fillet and at that point they told me brought two more double pieces (see photo where I had just started eating). This probably annoyed the manager given his attitude. The flavor that both dishes had in common was only tomato (that of a freshly opened can of peeled tomatoes). Perhaps with a first course I would have been luckier...at least in terms of taste....I also have doubts that it was cod, I rather think it was ling (almost no flavor other than that of tomato...).I asked for the bill and since I the cost of a dessert that I hadn't ordered had also been charged, I pointed this out. The person who I think was responsible (probably annoyed by what was pointed out earlier) treated me in an almost rude manner when I was clarifying that I had not ordered dessert. Rather hasty payment with observation that it would be the last time (observation on his part and also on my part in mind). I said goodbye as I left but he didn't bother to reply. Conclusion...it may be that someone finds it to be a good restaurant (excellent, I don't think that's the case)..but regardless of the quality (rather poor) you should always maintain a distance even when customers point out things they don't like. I wasn't rude or anything else, he was and this shouldn't happen in a business where you have to deal with customers of different tastes. I gave three stars to the service only because the waitress always showed kindness.

04/11/2024: Nice place... shame about some of the employees.. I go to the checkout they didn't know how to add 1.50 + 2.70 I was asked to pay the sums separately 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
