10/12/2024: After visiting the beautiful historic center of Campobasso, we went for lunch in this excellent trattoria to taste traditional Molise dishes. Here the portions are truly generous and tasty, the grilled meat is excellent as are the desserts, delicious. A special mention for the surprising Tintilia of the house. The final bill surprised us in a positive way. We left satisfied and with a full stomach!

08/12/2024: eine Osteria, die mit viel Liebe und Geschmack auf mehreren Etagen (Grotten) restauriert wurde. Schwungvoller Empfang, effiziente und freundliche Bedienung. Die Speisen und der Hauswein sind schlicht 1. Klasse ! Die Preise vollkommen vertretbar. Unbedingt empfehlenswert !!!

27/10/2024: Sono stata per la seconda volta all'Osteria Cannavina, questa volta a pranzo di domenica. Il menù si conferma un buon compromesso tra la stagionalità delle materie prime e la fantasia dello chef, che si esprime in abbinamenti particolari ed azzeccatissimi. Abbiamo preso tortelli con ripieno di genovese, tagliatelle verdi alle ortiche con funghi porcini, salsiccia dell'Osteria (ripiena di sottaceti e funghi porcini), strudel di melanzane, patate saporite e crema catalana. Mezzo litro di Tintilia della casa e due caffè (gentilmente offerti). Tutte le pietanze - ed anche il vino della casa! - ci hanno soddisfatto al 100%, senza eccezioni o perplessità. Servizio celere e, soprattutto, molto garbato ed attento. Prezzi perfettamente in linea con la qualità della cucina e la quantità delle porzioni. Lo consiglio senza dubbio.

21/12/2024: Da Michele ti senti a casa! Sono anni che frequento il suo locale ed è in assoluto il mio preferito. La qualità e i prodotti offerti sono indiscutibili, per non parlare del servizio e della gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Diffidate da chi ne parla male senza avere la benché minima conoscenza di cosa sta mangiando perché abituata al pollo del supermercato. Che sia in coppia, con gli amici o per affari è sempre un grandissimo piacere trascorrere la serata da cora d'zia!!

09/12/2024: Fantastic, cheerful, carefree place, the girls are capable and know how to manage the room, the guys are very capable and professional, then there's Michele, a very nice half-mad man. You can drink anything, you can eat divinely. I'll be back soon.

07/01/2025: My husband and I, passing through Campobasso, stopped for lunch and ate an excellent seasoned potato, the cold cuts platter were of selected origin, excellent I would say. The staff was very very kind. I recommend it

27/11/2024: The concept of good food is unknown to most... Finding myself here today in Campobasso, in response to a request where I could eat something characteristic, I received an indication of this restaurant. Since that dish was not available, I opted for Livorno-style cod and mushroom aubergines. When I ordered I asked for information whether it was cod fillet or other parts, as I had been told that it was fillet, when it arrived the dish where there was a tiny portion of fillet and the terminal part (very thin) of what is called cod, I pointed out that we were talking about fillet and at that point they told me brought two more double pieces (see photo where I had just started eating). This probably annoyed the manager given his attitude. The flavor that both dishes had in common was only tomato (that of a freshly opened can of peeled tomatoes). Perhaps with a first course I would have been luckier...at least in terms of taste....I also have doubts that it was cod, I rather think it was ling (almost no flavor other than that of tomato...).I asked for the bill and since I the cost of a dessert that I hadn't ordered had also been charged, I pointed this out. The person who I think was responsible (probably annoyed by what was pointed out earlier) treated me in an almost rude manner when I was clarifying that I had not ordered dessert. Rather hasty payment with observation that it would be the last time (observation on his part and also on my part in mind). I said goodbye as I left but he didn't bother to reply. Conclusion...it may be that someone finds it to be a good restaurant (excellent, I don't think that's the case)..but regardless of the quality (rather poor) you should always maintain a distance even when customers point out things they don't like. I wasn't rude or anything else, he was and this shouldn't happen in a business where you have to deal with customers of different tastes. I gave three stars to the service only because the waitress always showed kindness.

22/12/2024: Saturday 22/12/2024. We arrived at 8.40pm After booking and we sit at a super small table (too small). The order is taken at exactly 9pm and after 30 minutes they bring us chips (maybe more cooked next time) and the cippo. After exactly 10 minutes the pizzas arrive (give us time to eat) and surprise, completely uncooked. I understand Saturday, I understand the crowd, I understand everything but a pizza like this shouldn't be served. Personally I think that there is better in Campobasso
