25/03/2025: I visited the tavern out of season on a Monday in March. The first impression seems good to me despite the small size of the restaurant located within the charming village of Fossombrone. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy by the staff. The dinner continued only for the better, from course to course, going from the first course to the second course to dessert (in the photo). We were super satisfied with both the dinner and the service. The bill was honest and balanced. Definitely worth trying.

15/03/2025: We had dinner at this place at the end of February. The menu is essential but in line with the characteristics of this restaurant which has few seats but which focuses on the quality of its dishes. We tasted the appetizers and then the cappelletti to finish with the chestnut semifreddo (one of the best desserts I have ever eaten). All nothing short of delicious. The service is kind and helpful, particularly appreciated was the chef who came to the table at the end of the meal to offer us a chat (given the Carnival period). We will absolutely return to this restaurant, which is like a hidden pearl within the walls of Fossombrone.

02/03/2025: Bar ristorantino posto poco fuori dal centro di fossombrone, ma dacile da trovare. Locale accogliente, ben arredato. Ottime le brioches. Adatto per colazione, pausa pranzo, cena e gelato di produzione propria.

03/11/2024: Splendid place, both inside and outside, very characteristic and particular, dishes that are spectacular to say the least, personally I ate the best dish of mushroom lasagne, not to mention the meat and vegetables and finally the desserts, a cheesecake delicate and refined pumpkin, you feel at home, thanks also to the welcome and kindness received, certainly an experience to be repeated. 03/03/2025: Sono ormai un cliente fisso della locanda, trovo questo ristorante il migliore della zona. Ho avuto occasione di tornarci in occasione delle feste Natalizie ed è stato tutto perfetto. I titolari sono davvero persone uniche ,Arianna in sala è estremamente professionale, accogliente e delicata, Nicola in cucina ci delizia con i suoi piatti ed è sempre un piacere sentirlo parlare con la sua passione e dedizione. Anche i ragazzi che lavorano al loro fianco sono sorridenti, si respira un atmosfera davvero magica . Insomma la locanda è casa.

08/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato alla locanda per 3 giorni, l'ultimo dei quali prevedeva anche il cenone di Capodanno. La struttura è adiacente alla rocca Malatestiana di Fossombrone. Siamo stati benissimo ; la stanza era confortevole e molto pulita, Marianna è stata un'ospite sempre presente e pronta ad assicurare un soggiorno perfetto. La colazione è di altissimo livello e , menzione speciale, il menù che abbiamo degustato per il cenone è stato il migliore che avessimo mai mangiato

17/03/2025: For me, enosteria means feeling at home, but with that touch of class that serves good taste and that detail necessary in every meat and fish dish. The simple, essential service where you can find an expert sommelier who accompanies you with a good bottle to choose the menu... the place is truly intimate where you can spend a pleasant evening both as a couple but also friends who love good food... What can I say, thanks to the staff and credit to the chef.

15/03/2025: We couldn't have made a better choice, the enosteria, a well-kept, welcoming and pleasant place. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delicious dinner with typical local products, the recommended wine perfect for the menu we chose. I highly recommend

15/12/2024: Oasy Sant'Anna, a guarantee, as regards meat, but above all mushrooms and truffles, this evening we ate starters and first course all based on fresh white truffle (carpaccio, omelette, crostini and tagliatelle, all truly excellent, impeccably cooked, top service, even the final bill was more than honest, given the very high prices of the raw materials, however the quality of the truffles was very high. 🔝💯👏👏👏 Well done Mirko and well done his staff!!!! KEEP GOING LIKE THIS!!!

04/12/2024: Rustic and genuine cuisine and atmosphere. Quality house wine. Black truffle in all its variations, unfortunately we had to limit ourselves to the white one due to the prohibitive cost this year. Pleasant after lunch in the Furlo gorge and a view of the Land Art a few steps from the restaurant. The desserts did not meet our tastes, semifreddo still frozen and cake with a hint of mint. Just a detail that doesn't change the evaluation, also because with a perfect Moretta the meal ended on a high note.

12/04/2025: I often purchase pasta from one of their resellers (Coop). Sometimes everything is good, sometimes not. Initially I let it go but then, as it became frequent, I decided to understand what the problem was. Having found out that Coop received them in this way, I decided, on their advice, to order them fresh on purpose so as to be sure that they were fresh. Nothing, not even ordering them! Instead of 5 sachers, 5 chocolate mille-feuilles and 5 diplomats, I receive 10 diplomats, all the same, and 5 sachers that are decidedly old (they were at least 3 days old). Very angry, I first called Coop and then the bakery which, after somehow shifting the blame to the shop (which had nothing to do with it) decided (not very happily) to refund my pastries. But it didn't end here. I continue to buy their pastas because let's be clear, when they are fresh, they are good, they really deserve it. It went well for me several times until 1 month ago when 4 diplomats were fresh, but evidently gone bad. I call the bakery and the clerk tells me she'll leave. More heartfelt. I'll let it go. I repurchased the pastries yesterday for a birthday: 2 out of 10 other types of sacher purchased were dry, obviously old. Very saddened, I write to Mr. Grisenti explaining the facts and I am literally shocked by the response I receive: "It's over, you're the only person who complains and I don't accept that our work is denigrated like this. I'm sorry because I'm usually kind but enough is enough. And I'm done with this." I call for clarification but he doesn't answer (probably on purpose). I call back to the shop and explain everything to the sales assistant who tells me she will report back. Continuous

02/04/2025: Excellent bread and excellent desserts, delightful and kind bakery assistants, inexperienced baristas who chat at the expense of an undrinkable coffee. Modified April 2, 2025
