04/05/2025: A small restaurant (no more than 10 tables) with a dedicated focus on high food quality, innovative dishes, phantastic taste and local sourcing. Tied into the world of slow food. This is a gem whenever there was one. Very friendly atmosphere, relaxed eating and the feeling of a successful mix between new approaches (raw vegetables with three kind of olive oils) and traditional dishes (e.g. gnocchetti and pasta), full and rich taste of the meat probably due to slow cooking where every spoonful makes you sigh with pleasure. There are just plain wonderful dishes, and some more experimental ones (e.g. New York to Beijing) - but don't hesitate, just go there and enjoy. Prices are moderate when compared to what you get. And to help you decipher the menu: left is antipasti, right is 4 primi and 3 secondi piatti plus vegetables (which are highly recommended). Big selection of very local to Italian wines. There is a specific menu for dolci and some nice coffee surprises.

04/05/2025: I was today with my daughter and my wife and I can without a shadow of a doubt recommend cappelletti cacio e pepe for everything else, the environment and service are praiseworthy!!!

04/05/2025: Having come across it by chance, we were immediately struck by the atmosphere: located in the upper part of Fossombrone with a panoramic view of the village. We ate very well, also trying some Japanese cuisine (one chef is Japanese). Good value for money.

23/05/2025: I passed by chance and found myself in a paradise surrounded by greenery, good genuine food, well presented, excellent service and everyone very kind, I highly recommend it.

20/05/2025: We were at the inn a few months ago ... I had the memory of the old management .. what can I say wonderful experience! The location is truly suggestive, in summer the place outside is worth it! Attentive service, friendly and professional staff but not intrusive, dishes taken care of in detail in which there is the research of the chef, particular combinations in which you savor that extra flavor! TOP everything! Compliments to the chef and all his staff!

20/04/2025: Sono andato in questo ristorante per il pranzo di Pasqua, menù apposito per la giornata. Ingredienti ottimi e ben cucinati impiattamento ben curato. Tutte le portate sono state molto buone menzione particolare per il risotto allo zafferano e cinghiale. Servizio puntuale e preciso. Sicuramente da riprovare e consigliato.

12/05/2025: I can only thank everyone, a very beautiful place surrounded by greenery, recommended for families with small children, availability of gluten-free choices, kind and courteous staff, delicious food, excellent truffles and porcini mushrooms..... Well done....

28/04/2025: Nice place surrounded by greenery with a room on the 1st floor, veranda with tables and outdoor seats. The restaurant has a truffle shop where the product is always available. The passatelli with truffle were magnificent, the scrambled eggs with truffle excellent, the T-bone steak well cooked. The grilled vegetables were well seasoned and the house red wine was also good. Beyond the food, which we appreciated, what I would like to point out is the welcome and the feeling of well-being that the staff of this restaurant gave us, from the chef who I imagine is the owner to the waiters. Well done, we will gladly come back to you

02/03/2025: Bar ristorantino posto poco fuori dal centro di fossombrone, ma dacile da trovare. Locale accogliente, ben arredato. Ottime le brioches. Adatto per colazione, pausa pranzo, cena e gelato di produzione propria.

26/04/2025: Good morning. I went to have breakfast this morning with my family. The waitress who served us, a girl with colored orange/pink hair, was clearly annoyed and acted rudely. The breakfast was also good, but the service was really bad. When she was asked to list what brioches there were, she actually snorted, inconceivable! Let me start by saying that we didn't cause any confusion or anything, it was actually her who was irritated by her job. I recommend you change it then! Good day

23/04/2025: Cappelletti superbi, ma anche gnocchi e tagliatelle. Le biete ripassate erano molto buone, anche le patatine tagliate a mano le abbiamo molto gradite. Servizio veloce e cordiale.

05/01/2025: Perfect for breakfast and to quench your thirst, to have a chat or to read the newspaper, a very nice, well-kept, clean bar, with quality products and also many gift items (scented candles, costume jewellery, seasonal themed sweet food specialties - unmissable the Bertolini almond-). The plus of this beautiful place is the service staff, from the owner to the girls, all very empathetic and with a kind word for everyone. Josuè with his elegant ways is always available and makes you feel like a special guest! Newly renovated bathrooms tidy and clean at any time of the day. It's definitely one of my favorite places nearby. Note: very convenient and free street and street parking.
