10/12/2025: I've been eating at Oasy Sant'Anna for at least seven years, and I've never been disappointed. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch: you can taste the care and attention to detail in every dish. The value for money, especially for truffles, is truly rare (and honestly, I'd be willing to pay more for such quality). The wait staff is impeccable: courteous, attentive, and present without ever being intrusive. Although the winter spaces are more intimate, the acoustics are perfect: you can converse with the entire table even when the room is full. In summer, the outdoor setting makes the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back (hopefully soon) to enjoy Mirko's fantastic truffle crostini again.

04/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance on a rainy winter Sunday: it's a small but charming and meticulously maintained place with a rustic feel. The food is spectacular: fresh and seasonal, natural, and delicious. We have two little girls who enjoyed the food. It's an experience we'll repeat, and I imagine the view is spectacular in the summer!

21/12/2025: You climb up, along little streets that you're not sure where they'll lead. They lead to the Locanda La Rocca. La Rocca is beautiful. Many romantic rooms and fireplaces all lit. A hushed, almost fairytale atmosphere. You expect a gnome or an elf to appear at any moment, or to meet Snow White and all seven dwarves at a table. The young people who work at the Locanda are very young. And they smile. Every smile is a kiss given to the world. So well done. The cuisine: the starters of the house are good. The venison carpaccio is good, as are the venison loins and the crispy guinea fowl. The desserts: a treat. As for the wine, we drank well. That's all. And the Italy we love. It's no coincidence that our cuisine has become an intangible heritage of humanity. A beautiful evening. Wonderfully Italian.

16/09/2025: Casa Caffè is a welcoming place, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, where every visit is a pleasure. The staff is always friendly, and the refined atmosphere is perfect for a quality break. The food and wines are carefully selected, and you can taste it from the first bite. Whether for breakfast, dinner, or a glass of wine with friends, it is undoubtedly one of the best places to visit in Fossombrone.

08/10/2025: The bakery's main location, with other branches scattered throughout Trentino. Pastries, brioches (the poached apples are excellent), pizzas, chocolate, everything and more. There's also a bar attached with a large outdoor veranda, heated in the winter.

10/01/2026: Had lunch here on a random Saturday. A truly positive experience because, as a vegan, I found: gnocchi with tomato sauce (or ragù), roasted potatoes, cooked herbs, and delicious gratin vegetables. For dessert, they even have amazing wine biscuits! Then, Tinti's Amaro Borgia, and off you go!
