24/07/2025: We wanted to have an aperitivo in Macerata, and reading the reviews, it seemed to be the best place in town.
Too bad that at 7:30 pm on a Thursday in July, with only one table already seated, we waited 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Maybe next time!

07/02/2026: I ate terribly, I couldn't even cut the pizza with a knife because it was so hard. We got up hungry because we couldn't eat it. We explained our problem to the staff but no one deigned to come to the table. Or offer an alternative. So we paid and left unhappy. I don't recommend it.

12/10/2025: Dinner with friends. We tried the fried food, the meat, and the pizza. Everything was delicious. The service was very helpful and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I recommend it!
08/10/2025: Terrible experience, place to avoid, you can also understand it from the arrogance with which the "manager" responds to real criticisms.

29/01/2026: I'm speechless. The middle-aged lady at the cash register (I assume the manager) is incredibly rude, incapable of doing the math, and wanted to overcharge us (6 x 3 equals 24 for her). Luckily, we stood next to her with the calculator. They don't provide a bill (because it's not mandatory, in her opinion), just a receipt with VAT listed on each course. She treats the staff terribly, in front of the entire restaurant. The only positive note is the girls who work there, who are really nice.
05/01/2026: I was there this evening with my daughter. In the dining room, I politely asked to turn up the heating a bit, as the air conditioning was at 15 degrees Celsius and the room was very cold, given the low temperatures outside. The waiter, a very kind man, asked the owner, who completely ignored me—or rather, mocked me—by turning the heating up from 15 to 16 degrees. As for the pizza, nothing memorable, on the contrary... If I were considering this place for future dinners, it would definitely have been a no-go.

01/01/2026: The barmaid was rude, the hot chocolate was runny, I had to ask for the cream myself, there was no room, I took the drink outside, not even a napkin on the table.
24/11/2025: Cappuccino and brioche are average, but the service and the girls leave a little to be desired.

22/09/2025: Ordered via Deliveroo... Delivery between 7:30-8:00 PM... At 10:10 PM I had to cancel the order because it hadn't arrived! Ruined an evening with friends and made a fool of myself!
07/09/2025: The pizza arrived 20 minutes late, in terrible condition, cold and inedible. Obviously, what arrived was something completely different from what was ordered. The sales assistant was rude and presumptuous.

03/08/2025: Il Palace è sempre una garanzia, piatti ottimi, pizza buonissima, prezzi veramente onesti.
Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e ai parcheggi.
19/07/2025: La nostra amica ha prenotato in questo Ristorante per il suo compleanno. È riuscita a trovare posto all'aperto ( hanno una splendida terrazza). Giudizio: pizze ottime ed abbondanti a prezzi ancora calmierati. Non si paga il coperto. Consigliato. Meglio prenotare con qualche giorno di anticipo che è sempre pieno.

Ma in questo caso devo fare i complimenti allo
Chef Peppe, per la sua professionalità e cura dei suoi piatti, ma d'altronde e lo chef della famosissima Taverna degli Amici aperta a Macerata dal lontano 1974 .

11/04/2025: Posto consigliato. Ottima cucina del territorio con materie prime di qualità. Gustosi gli abbinamenti e le proposte. Consiglio le chitarrone con carciofi e castagne. Tutto ben fatto e gustoso, anche le pizze.

Posto tranquillo buon servizio e buon cibo.
Bellissimo il terrazzo con idromassaggio per feste private e riservate.
