The first courses were undercooked.
The second courses weren't great.
I don't think I'll go back again, either with family or friends.
You can't leave a restaurant hungry!!

03/07/2026: We ordered two pizzas: a pistachio pizza and a Margherita pizza. I also ordered French fries, but they gave me a mixed fried food. I found a hair on one of the fries, and there was a hair in the batter on a battered vegetable.
Because of this, my friend and I were so disgusted that we couldn't continue our dinner, so we felt it was fair to complain considering the money we spent. We reported all this to the restaurant, and they didn't even bother to respond.

29/01/2026: I'm speechless. The middle-aged lady at the cash register (I assume the manager) is incredibly rude, incapable of doing the math, and wanted to overcharge us (6 x 3 equals 24 for her). Luckily, we stood next to her with the calculator. They don't provide a bill (because it's not mandatory, in her opinion), just a receipt with VAT listed on each course. She treats the staff terribly, in front of the entire restaurant. The only positive note is the girls who work there, who are really nice.
05/01/2026: I was there this evening with my daughter. In the dining room, I politely asked to turn up the heating a bit, as the air conditioning was at 15 degrees Celsius and the room was very cold, given the low temperatures outside. The waiter, a very kind man, asked the owner, who completely ignored me—or rather, mocked me—by turning the heating up from 15 to 16 degrees. As for the pizza, nothing memorable, on the contrary... If I were considering this place for future dinners, it would definitely have been a no-go.

03/08/2025: Il Palace è sempre una garanzia, piatti ottimi, pizza buonissima, prezzi veramente onesti.
Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e ai parcheggi.
19/07/2025: La nostra amica ha prenotato in questo Ristorante per il suo compleanno. È riuscita a trovare posto all'aperto ( hanno una splendida terrazza). Giudizio: pizze ottime ed abbondanti a prezzi ancora calmierati. Non si paga il coperto. Consigliato. Meglio prenotare con qualche giorno di anticipo che è sempre pieno.

Ma in questo caso devo fare i complimenti allo
Chef Peppe, per la sua professionalità e cura dei suoi piatti, ma d'altronde e lo chef della famosissima Taverna degli Amici aperta a Macerata dal lontano 1974 .

11/04/2025: Posto consigliato. Ottima cucina del territorio con materie prime di qualità. Gustosi gli abbinamenti e le proposte. Consiglio le chitarrone con carciofi e castagne. Tutto ben fatto e gustoso, anche le pizze.

25/12/2023: Siamo tornati dopo alcuni mesi ed abbiamo piacevolmente trovato una gestione attenta ed elegante,un menù molto indovinato,qualità e competenza.Prezzi ottimi.

14/08/2024: Pranzo a prezzo concordato , quantità esigue , qualità mediocre , servizio pessimo , professionalità assente ..però a parte abbiamo ordinato un piatto di tagliatelle con un filo d'olio ... costo 20 € . Locali cosi' non dovrebbero esistere , un insulto alla ristorazione. Premetto ... ho usato molta diplomazia nel descrivervi.
