27/04/2025: We had a good time in this trattoria in Macerata outside the walls of the historic center. Even though we were after the usual lunch time we were welcomed and served. Eaten well and plentifully without spending too much. Perhaps the place is simple and without frills, but what matters is the quality and kindness of the host. One flaw that I was sorry to find, the bathroom was really small in size! Advised

06/05/2025: We went to dinner at the workshop and I must say that we had a really good time. They welcomed us on a Saturday evening and even though the place was packed we ate at really good times. I always wait before reviewing a pizzeria the next day because I'm always afraid of drinking all night but here there is no risk. Really good and digestible dough!

14/01/2025: It is a place where you can taste traditional Macerata dishes as well as the chef's innovations (e.g. special pizzas). An easily accessible place, with parking and quiet enough for both a frugal lunch break and a great "slow-food" dinner.
