29/12/2024: Nuova location, stessa qualità di sempre. Nulla è cambiato nella splendida nuova sede se non ancora più professionalità e cortesia , mai disgiunte da un’estrema qualità del cibo e ricercatezza nel menù. Chiamarlo locale è riduttivo perché la famiglia Guzzini ti apre le porte di casa , avvolgendoti in una calda atmosfera dove ti senti sempre coccolato. Tutto il personale è caratterizzato da una gentilezza che rende ogni pasto veramente piacevole, sono preparati e pronti, sorridenti ma mai fuori luogo. Frequentiamo da anni questo ristorante , sia per pranzo che per l’aperitivo, per una pinza squisita o per una cena dove trovare sempre cose che accontentano i palati più disparati, i vegani , i vegetariani o coloro che gradiscono tutto come noi. Ci troviamo così bene in questo locale che , quando è chiuso per turno o in ferie, abbiamo problemi nel cambiare . Una menzione particolare merita anche la cantina ed il barman che prepara cocktail veramente deliziosi. Rapporto qualità /prezzo eccezionale . Consigliassimo!

26/12/2024: Location davvero accogliente e “calda”, il personale gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni richiesta. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, la pinsa super leggera e gustosa, top i secondi… Davvero una bella scoperta , lo consiglio a tutti !!!

05/01/2025: Very simple environment, the classic trattoria of the past where you can enjoy genuine food, well cooked and served in generous portions. Simple, but courteous and attentive service. Good value for money. I would recommend it to those who want to avoid the classic restaurant for tourists, pretentious and then salty in the bill... and enjoy good food in an environment frequented by local people. I would like to point out the excellent grilled meat and a truly "arrabbiata" pasta all'arrabbiata.

24/10/2024: I had always eaten pizza and there was nothing to complain about... I had a carbonara... TERRIBLE... I was on the verge of sending it back: carbonara with smoked bacon, certain things would be forbidden, otherwise everything was ok, especially the girls in the dining room who were quick and friendly, on the bill I'd say something but I'll overlook it

15/12/2024: Lunch for a family celebration. Quality of the menu of the highest level in the name of traditional Macerata cuisine but enhanced by culinary reinterpretations that have expanded the historical flavors of our territory. Excellent friendly and professional service. I would say the price is high but absolutely adequate for the context.

07/01/2025: abbiamo scelto questo posto per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio su suggerimento di amici poichè non siamo della zona: bella location, valido il servizio, pietanze gustose. Prezzi in linea e con onesto rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Da ritornarci.

02/01/2025: Cena e colazione ottime : prodotti eccellenti , piatti curati e di qualità. Camera standard spaziosa,pulita ma niente di eccezionale ! Zona piscina molto bella ma con pulizia e igiene da rivedere (eviterei ingresso ai visitatori con scarpe provenienti dall esterno ) consiglierei inoltre di aumentare la temperatura dell'acqua !

06/12/2024: I have known Torquati for many years even if only for a coffee every now and then. I believe that the main quality (and the reason why I always stop when I pass by even if it doesn't happen often) is the evident professionalism accompanied by the principle of making the customer happy. You are always greeted with a smile and you feel that care and attention towards the customer, which I have only found in high-class venues in the world. Over time the place has become more and more beautiful, more welcoming, with a greater range of services but they have always had this characteristic.

01/12/2024: Pizza nella media così come i prezzi (tolto forse il fritto misto a 15 euro ma nulla di trascendentale), il problema principale che abbiamo riscontrato con i miei amici è stato nella velocità del servizio. Ovviamente sono esenti da colpe i camerieri molto cortesi che si sono scusati più volte per la lentezza, però far aspettare 1 ora e mezza abbondante per un fritto mi sembra esagerato. Fortunatamente le pizze sono arrivate poco dopo aver terminato il suddetto, tuttavia, visto il ritardo ci aspettavamo quanto meno uno sconto sul coperto. Per quanto riguarda la location, suggerirei di adottare un sistema di riscaldamento differente, perché alcune stufette sparse non sono adeguate alle temperature basse di questi giorni, specie la sera. Ciò detto abbiamo pagato 19 euro a testa per bibite (due lattine di coca cola, due di acqua e una birra 66 cl), fritto, pizza e un dolce, che alla fine visti i prezzi di oggi non è nemmeno così esagerato ma anche qui ci aspettavamo di pagare 2/3 euro in meno visto il servizio. Giudizio finale 2 stelle perché tutto quel tempo per servire un fritto è inaccettabile e purtroppo non può non condizionare negativamente il mio voto
