24/08/2025: I've been eating pizza here for years, but unfortunately, I've given up on this evening for good due to the extreme rudeness, arrogance, and ridicule from the new manager. There were eight of us for dinner, including a 7-year-old girl and a stroller (specified when booking, even with a message). As soon as we arrived, they placed us at a table with the air conditioning directed at us, and we immediately asked if it could be turned down. They quickly obliged. Unfortunately, shortly afterward, the air became strong and cold again, so we asked again, but the manager completely ignored it, sending an employee to tell us it wasn't possible and that it was our mistake because we shouldn't have accepted that table. Despite the argument that ensued over the manager's behavior, he continued to pass the buck to his employees without ever trying to resolve the problem personally or even apologize. This shows how much he cares about making his customers feel comfortable at his restaurant.
