31/08/2024: Unfortunately the waitress wasn't able to greet us. I can't rate anything regarding the food because the waiters and the boss simply ignored us because we were with 2 children. They probably think they are the only ones in the area
31/08/2024: During busy times the operation seems to be a bit disorientating and less efficient. After a fritto misto I had to ask for half an hour. But the wait was worth it. The food was plentiful, very tasty, well cooked and reasonably priced.
Recommended!

18/08/2024: Location right on the Strait of Lavena Ponte Tresa where you can enjoy excellent lake and sea fish as well as meat and pizza. The staff is very nice and professional at the same time. The portions are generous at a fair price.

10/06/2024: we went to Cristallo for lunch with our daughter, simply fantastic, the perfect atmosphere, the staff who make you feel at home accompanied by the exquisite dishes executed to perfection will make your day unique and better. The spaghetti with clams is highly recommended!

26/07/2024: I've gone there a couple of times on weekends and I've always had a good time, today I went there for lunch during the week and I have to say that the menu of the day at 13 euros was excellent. As always everything is good but the lasagna is exquisite.

20/08/2024: The pizza was really good and the service was really fast. At the tables outside you have a fantastic lake view and few mosquitoes. The sorbet wasn't the best. Despite this I highly recommend it for pizzas

The rooms are clean and adequately equipped.
The staff was very friendly in the hotel and in the restaurant.
The 2 star deduction comes from the restaurant. The dinner was ok but not a feast for the palate. The food here was too tasteless for my taste, as if nothing was seasoned. That's why we only went there once, the house wine and breakfast were very good!

21/08/2024: Terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le lac très en hauteur. Plats très bons et vin excellent (beaucoup de choix). Personnel agréable et souriant. Parking sur place.

19/03/2024: Per essere un All You Can Eat è davvero fantastico, sono stati velocissimi (e questo mi ha fatto pensare che il cibo fosse surgelato, anche se in realtà c’erano i cuochi che affettavano il pesce e componevano il sushi al bancone) e il personale è cordiale.
Il prezzo è conveniente: circa 17 € nel Weekend e 14 € nei giorni feriali, ovviamente dolci e bevande escluse. Ogni tanto hanno sbagliato gli ordini ma lo consiglio lo stesso dato che è stata un’esperienza piacevole ed il sushi era buono!
20/01/2024: Cibo buono, servizio buono, bella location. Ultimamente un pò caro ma ci troviamo sempre molto bene. Consigliatissimo!
