21/09/2025: My husband had meat and really enjoyed it, I had the fried mixed fish, which I found rather bland and don't like the head still attached...but that's just my thing. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and right on the water.

19/09/2025: The pizzas and Caprese salad were very good. Excellent value for money. I would eat there again in a heartbeat. It's wonderful to stroll along the lake. What annoyed me personally was the constant lurking around, clearing away everything that was no longer needed or empty, but I was still eating. One star less for that.

04/08/2025: Note: The restaurant is dated and in the middle of traffic. That said, we had dinner for two with a friend on the terrace, which was beautifully presented and set. The waitress, very helpful and polite, even brought us mosquito spray, which was much appreciated. After a classic aperitif, we chose from the seafood menu. Tuna tartare, salmon tartare, tuna steak, mixed fried fish. Tiramisu and crème brûlée. Fresh Pinot Noir, two red wines (corretto), and two limoncellos. Excellent quality, especially the tartares, which were truly delicious, but nothing to complain about with the dishes presented. Price: EUR 180. Probably a high price for Ponte Tresa, but justified by the good quality. A tip? Don't charge EUR 5 for a limoncello, but offer it to your guests; it would make a better impression. Furthermore, the restaurant was desolately empty: it's true that it's early August and many are on vacation, but a price adjustment could positively influence a new clientele. Well done anyway.

24/08/2025: It wasn't our first time at Carde, but this time it was a disappointment... We had the paccheri, child-sized portions, and the burrata was nonexistent... The pizza with sour tomato sauce... I don't know if we'll see each other again. ..

22/08/2025: We had a lovely table with a view of the lake. The food was also excellent. The prices were perfectly reasonable. We'd love to come back!
