15/01/2025: Business located on the provincial road in Castiglione Olona, ​​used both as a bar and a bakery, is very popular with workers in the area. Family-run place with production on site, the owner works there with his wife and son. It is a necessary premise because this should presuppose kindness and courtesy on the part of those who have every interest in welcoming and retaining the customers who access it: this is not the case at all. I have frequented it on several occasions and each time I have had a cold welcome with a rude, gruff attitude that almost borders on rudeness. The bakery is very expensive compared to the products it offers which are neither of particular quality nor of excellent goodness as the brusque owner has boasted on several occasions. Despite having the appearance of a particular place due to the bakery-bar combo, I believe it has failed in its intent since, overall, it gives off an almost dull environment, due to many important factors. What forces me, however, to leave a really bad review despite myself was the last experience. Specifically: upon entering on a very cold January morning, despite the window being completely fogged up giving the impression of a cold and damp place from the outside, I sat down at a table waiting for a person who arrived after twenty-five minutes. It was very early and there were few people; however, no one from the counter gave a voice even to say that, if I wanted to order (I would say that, after all that time, I wanted to), I would have to go to the counter and collect the order. It's nice not to have the shopkeepers breathing down your neck, but this seems to me to be an almost company canteen attitude, certainly not appropriate for the type of shop. Last very unpleasant note, it was very cold in the room: unacceptable. Did I have an unfortunate morning where the heating wasn't working? Who can say... but in this place, in fact, it is always cold in winter.

07/01/2025: Clean and relaxing environment. Excellent bread and delicious croissants, especially those with cream and pistachio. Very kind and always smiling staff (but how they manage to wake up with a smile at 5 in the morning I don't know!!) Highly recommended place
