15/06/2025: I was really impressed by this restaurant, from every point of view. Il Marchese del Grillo is not just a place where you eat well, it is a real experience. The atmosphere is something unique: medieval setting with attention to detail, soft lighting, living stone, wooden beams... it feels like being catapulted into another era, but with all the comforts of today.
The menu is extensive and well structured, with land and sea dishes, fresh homemade pasta and quality ingredients. You can feel the care and passion behind each dish. Personally, I really appreciated the pasta tour, which I recommend to those who want to try more of the house specialties. The desserts are also excellent, and everything is presented with attention.
A round of applause also goes to the staff: professional, kind and always ready to advise without being intrusive. Even for those with intolerances (as in the case of gluten-free) I noticed great preparation and attention.
Absolutely honest prices for the quality of the service and food. It's the classic place where you gladly return, and where you can bring friends or loved ones to make a good impression.
An experience that I really recommend to everyone, especially if you're looking for something that goes beyond simple "eating out".

14/06/2025: Really super pizza with top quality ingredients and the service is good, unfortunately the place is rather small not adequate for the amount of customers it handles but a quick service solves it, parking not large.

Very light dough and the ingredients were fresh and of good quality.
The staff was very friendly and kind.

13/06/2025: Beautiful location, normal food. But INCREDIBLE!!!! There were 4 of us, after taking the order. , the 4 main courses were the same, the waitress comes back and informs us that there has been an increase and the dish does not cost 25 euros but 30.....COINQUENCE....I could add more about the evening but I think this is enough. See you never again
08/06/2025: Great discovery! Tommy Vitello has transformed into the new Ristorante Verdicchio, maintaining all the quality and adding even more attention to detail.
A well-kept place, warm and authentic atmosphere. Excellent dishes, especially the pan pizzas — a must try!
The outdoor area is a little corner of paradise: well-kept greenery, a restored farmhouse and summer scents.
Perfect service, thanks above all to Moreno, a young owner who knows how to make you feel at home.
Highly recommended!

06/04/2025: I went last Sunday with a friend and I was speechless when the kind lady at the checkout informed us, before giving the receipt correctly, that they would add a surcharge of 20 cents per piece for table service on the avenue.
20 cents a piece???? But will you only do the route to bring me what I ordered once?
We had 2 coffees and 2 croissants totaling 80 cents surcharge for the service.... crazy stuff!!!
The waitress then explained to us that last year it happened with some customers who seemed to do it on purpose to continue ordering things by making the waitress go back and forth several times.... already if you think that a customer does this on purpose it is not a normal thing but with all due respect the waitress' work also includes this.
I can understand 20 cents per service.... but per piece it is truly madness!!!
05/04/2025: Sono andata domenica scorsa con un amica e sono rimasta senza parole quando la gentile signorina alla cassa ci ha comunicato, prima di fare lo scontrino giustamente, che avrebbero aggiunto un sovrapprezzo di 20 centesimi al pezzo per il servizio al tavolo sul viale.
20 centesimi al pezzo???? Ma la strada x portarmi ciò che ho ordinato la fate una volta sola?
Abbiamo preso 2 caffè e 2 brioches totale 80 centesimi di sovraprezzo x il servizio.... robe da matti!!!
La cameriera poi ci ha spiegato he l'anno scorso è capitato con dei clienti che sembrava facessero apposta a continuare ad ordinare cose facendo andare avanti e indietro la cameriera più volte.... già se si va a pensare che un cliente fa apposta a fare questo non è una cosa normale ma con tutto il rispetto il lavoro della cameriera comprende anche questo.
Posso capire 20 centesimi a servizio.... ma al pezzo è una vera follia!!!!
Non ci andrò più!!!!

Il personale gentile ed efficiente.
Il caffè decaffeinato buono (non accade sempre).
La brioche buona, anche se l'esterno mi si è sbriciolata in mano.
Pulizia ok.
Insomma una buona pausa caffè.

03/05/2025: Sono cliente da un po’ di anni ma non ho mai scritto una recensione che in effetti merita di essere pubblicata! Tutti prodotti buonissimi e genuini, mozzarelle, ricotta, primo sale… tutto buonissimo e prodotto 2 volte a settimana…il gelato poi è il top… il più buono della zona! Bravi complimenti!

07/04/2024: Perfetto per passare del tempo a godersi ottima carne e vino mentre si guardano i pargoli giocare nel parco.
Decisamente non il solito baretto da parco pubblico.
Molto consigliato per genitori che vogliono rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano.

Assolutamente non ritrovo quanto descritto nelle recensioni negative... Evidentemente non é posto per chi vuole "cenare" con un aperitivo da 5€.
Non mi sarei mai aspettato di trovare ampia scelta di carne frollata e ottimi vini un un "chiosco" da parco urbano.
Materie prime di ottima qualità e servizio cordiale.
Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare la pizza.
