27/02/2026: We had lunch and dinner at this restaurant for a month. Everything was wonderful: the food, the hospitality, the waiters, the owners. Special mention goes to the head waiter, Salah, who was always on point!
24/02/2026: What can I say? The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the meals were delicious and top-quality. I highly recommend them.

18/10/2025: A typical Valtellina restaurant, offering exceptional food quality and customer service. One of the best restaurants around Bormio, both summer and winter.
15/10/2025: Le Motte Restaurant: Not a warm welcome
They were almost annoyed because we were the first to arrive and it looked like the staff was still eating lunch.
Aside from that, we ordered:
- Appetizer: charcuterie board and sciatt.
- First/Second Courses: Pizzoccheri superb, Polenta
taragna with chanterelles and porcini mushrooms, very good, Roe deer stew with fries (perhaps the roe deer tasted too much like wine, but it was good), and Polenta taragna with veal morsels, sausage, and casera cheese, very good.
We didn't get to dessert.
Ate well.

Ristorante del Chalet Dei Rododendri

31/01/2026: We only had dinner, so I can't say anything else about the rooms. Anyway, it was a fantastic experience. I've been wanting to go snowcat skiing at night for a long time, and especially to give my parents the first experience. And what can I say: it exceeded our expectations!
Regarding the food: everything we ordered was delicious (cold cuts, pizzoccheri, polenta, cheese, sausage, braised meat, dessert). Excellent service! If you're in Bormio, you absolutely must go! A traditional restaurant, at 2,300 meters, accessible only by skis or snowcat. An unforgettable experience!!! 😍
19/01/2026: We tried this chalet for lunch during a day of skiing.
The place is easy to get to, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is plentiful. Their apple fritters are a must-try.

02/02/2026: First time and definitely won't be the last, pamora photogenic above all Bormio, Staff 🔝 especially the girl with curly hair very kind and courteous, welcoming and well-kept place, and then seeing the chef and the owner who passes by the tables and exchanges a few words is the best, congratulations to everyone. 🫶
01/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant last night and had a great time. The service was quick and attentive. The food was good, from the pizza to the desserts, everything was top-quality. It was a positive experience, and we'll gladly return.

02/01/2026: Nice and cozy restaurant inside Forte Marghera. The menu is small but very curated, with a selection of locally sourced ingredients. The staff is nice and the cuisine excellent 👌
20/12/2025: We went for lunch. The location was very nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The menu was varied, with dishes such as dog, fish, and vegetarian options. The food was excellent; we tried several meat and vegetarian options. The prices were a bit high. Let's just say it's not a place to go often. The pasta e fagioli with Treviso radicchio and pumpkin was excellent, a perfect pairing. The bigoli with venison was excellent, etc. Excellent wine selection. The place is intimate and not too crowded.

06/01/2026: A very nice restaurant on the outskirts of Bormio.
We had dinner à la carte on the evening of December 31st. Everything was excellent.
The staff was extremely friendly.
If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely return.
07/12/2025: Pizzeria restaurant just outside Bormio. We had bresaola carpacciata, sciatt, and a cheese board for appetizers, all delicious. For the first course, plentiful pizzoccheri. For the main course, polenta with mushrooms and sausage, and a pork cutlet with fries. For dessert, tiramisu and steudel. Everything was decent, the service was quick, and the prices were quite reasonable. Parking outside is convenient.

19/10/2025: The place is very nice, I celebrated my birthday there and it was very well organized! The owner is very kind... I recommend it to everyone.
14/10/2025: Unfortunately, the serious problem here is the inability to communicate.
These not-so-nice ladies should take an Italian course and explain what the brioches are like and what their prices are. In the morning, I don't feel like arguing about the type of brioche: if I want the conchiglia and it costs 20 cents more, explain it to me and I'll give you €0.20 without endless arguing.
Then seeing a mouse wander by the window—for goodness sake, it was outside the shop—put me off my list.

13/06/2025: Qualche giorno di vacanza del tutto inaspettata tra la Valchiavenna e la Valtellina.
Non avevo prenotato nulla, ma nei giorni precedenti avevo dato un'occhiata e questa struttura mi sembrava carina e con un buon prezzo.
Non avevo guardato bene la posizione e questo è stato un problema all'inizio, ma poi si è rivelata una bella scelta.
La struttura si trova a Bormio 2000, dove arriva la cabinovia, quindi proprio in cima.. 10 km da Bormio.
Struttura accogliente, carina, con clima familiare.
Camera pulita, spaziosa.
Spazi esterni fantastici, vista spettacolare.
Il posto ideale x un soggiorno di relax lontano da tutto.
Se è questo che si cerca, non vi deluderà.

05/03/2025: Sempre top! Ogni volta che andiamo a sciare a Bormio ci fermiamo sempre.
Personale cordiale accogliente e attento, cibo buono e il chalet un paradiso.
Oggi giornata spettacolare siamo stati benissimo!

04/03/2025: Dopo una cespo lata di mezz’oretta, siamo arrivati in questo chalet. Il ragazzo Davide ci ha trovato un posto molto gentilmente anche senza prenotazione abbiamo mangiato tagliatelle al ragù di selvaggina e grigliata mista di carne ottimo vista mozzafiato molto cordiali.

e sicuramente bella la vista dalla malga ottima e l'accoglienza delle ragazze veramente buona - ricordo in particolare Giorgia (figlia di Alessandra)
04/09/2024: Sono più che giustificati i rifugi d'alta quota che fanno pagare un po' di più le vivande perché gli approvvigionamenti avvengono tramite elicottero oppure in saliscendi a piedi molto faticosi, ma in questa malga che ci si arriva comodamente con il fuoristrada proprio no. Nulla da dire sulla posizione molto panoramica e dei due piatti consumati, un antipasto ed un secondo di costine e polenta taragna ottima, aggiungi una birra piccola, un quarto di vino ed un caffè per la "modica" cifra di 53€. In un altra struttura di queste zone con quasi lo stesso menù aggiungendo un'altra bibita abbiamo speso 38€. Non c'è paragone

09/01/2025: Prima volta a Bormio, ci siamo fermati a pranzo sul tardi, personale accogliente cortese e molto professionale. Ottimi piatti, servizio veloce anche con ristorante pieno, Ci è piaciuto ed abbiamo fatto il bis il giorno dopo. Sempre accoglienti e cortesi, ottimo cibo e qualità prezzo. Consiglio anche logisticamente ubicato lungo l a pista si arriva con gli sci ai piedi !!!
10/12/2024: Appena finito di mangiare e non posso far altro che conformare quanto già scritto da altri. Locale piccolo e confortevole, tranquillo. Ottima accogliente e cibi davvero ottimi e abbondanti. Il prezzo giusto x la posizione.
