19/06/2025: I can only compliment the quality and taste of Cremamore ice creams. Unfortunately, I'm giving it 1 star because of something that happened to me this Sunday. I asked for a 3-flavor cone and the guy who served me said: "could you choose other flavors? Because the ones you want are too creamy and I can't put them on the cone" I had asked for pistachio, hazelnut and salted peanut ... but in the end I had to settle for 3 fruit flavors that I don't appreciate at all. So the creamy flavors were on display just to be looked at? You should have put up a sign. At the moment I didn't want to stir up controversy, also because I thought that maybe it was that guy's first day at work ... but then thinking about it, even if you're new you shouldn't respond to customers like that. Regardless of this, in the world of work you need to train staff and make sure they are able to carry out their job. Obviously, at the beginning you can't expect perfection, of course, but at least the minimum necessary.

26/05/2025: I asked for a 2-flavor ice cream cone and the guy at the bar told me that the flavors were only those still on display because he had already taken most of them. I choose the two flavors and he tells me that he couldn't give me those flavors because he had already put the stirrers in the dishwasher. At which point I ask if he can get another stirrer and he tells me that it wasn't possible because he was alone and was getting ahead of the closing time. I ask what time it closes and he tells me 9:00 pm. Too bad it was 7:40 pm! Crazy stuff! Don't leave these people behind a bar counter because you'll only lose customers! Incompetent, arrogant kid with clearly zero desire to work.
