The staff and pizza were excellent.
One small flaw: I think the prices are a bit high. 2 pizzas, 1 beer, 1 Coke, 2 desserts = €65.00

Thankfully, the staff is impeccable. We were initially greeted by a woman who looked like the manager/owner of the place, with a nervous and arrogant attitude.
She couldn't find our reservation and abandoned us at our table. After 15 minutes, I asked her if I could at least order a drink. She only brought us one menu. I personally got up to get another. Thankfully, after half an hour, a very kind waiter arrived with impeccable manner and made our evening a little easier.
Honestly, we were about to get up and leave.

I tried the pizza tasting.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the type of dough.
Everything was positive, from the kindness and courtesy of the wait staff to the very refined atmosphere.

A spacious and bright restaurant, awarded 3 slices by Gambero Rosso. Warm hospitality and service. Chef Giuseppe Rizzo selects select flours produced by artisanal workshops and stone-ground. Pizzas are made daily with fresh sourdough starter: L'impasto (traditional version), Verace, al Maize, ai Cereali, and ai Grani Antichi. Carefully selected ingredients. We tried the fiordilatte, provola, and Sichuan pepper pizza and the fried pizza with burrata, mortadella, and chopped pistachios: excellent and very light. We loved their crostino bread with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Excellent selection of wines and beers. Prices are reasonable for the products and dishes.
