First review I write in the hope of saving someone, coincidence? no read the other reviews. so what needs to be said needs to be said After positive experiences in the Treviglio and Verona locations, I insisted on going to Fabbrica in Pedavena di Vignate, convinced that we would find the same quality. Never was a choice more wrong. Let's start with the dishes: the food was clearly reheated, served cold inside and with questionable flavors. The chicken was covered in curry, to mask an unpleasant smell. (Grilled chicken is not chicken curry) The ribs? A cold and smelly brick, clearly reheated. The embers were off, and in the kitchen they probably use a mini grill to heat up meat left over from the night before. Just read the other reviews to realize that it is a widespread problem despite their denial (everyone knows that, in fact it is always empty): some even report unpleasant things found on the dishes. Polenta and ossobuco were inedible: we left everything on the plate. When we left, with more than 30 euros spent each, the only feeling was disgust. The rest doesn't improve the picture. Lactose-free pizzas, available in other locations, don't exist here. The solution proposed? "Take it without mozzarella". An answer that makes it clear how little they try to satisfy customers. It doesn't end there: on the menu there is a pizza called "Ortolana Grill Vegana". A misleading definition, given that among the ingredients there is mozzarella fiordilatte. An oversight? It doesn't matter: it's a mistake that shows little attention to those who follow a vegan diet. The service charge? A slice of rye bread, cut into four. Eighty grams in total, not enough even to start the meal with dignity. And there were 4 of us! Don't bring anything, you'll look better. The menu is also disappointing: it's 70% different than the other locations. If we had known this before, we would have avoided stopping. Finally, the service. In the first few minutes, six different waiters took turns at the table, pressuring us to order. This only made an already terrible experience worse. We paid, left, and ended up with upset stomachs. We will certainly never return. I will not go to the other Pedavena restaurants either, because the thought makes me nauseous
