10/03/2026: I've been there several times for lunch on business: although it's always quite crowded, the service is quick and accurate; the set menu offers options that can please virtually everyone, for a more than fair price, considering the quality served. Although I wasn't able to, the wine selection seems very interesting.

11/02/2026: A small but traditional and welcoming restaurant in the center of Paullo. Excellent for a quality lunch break, for €14 you can get a menu including a first course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee, or a €1 extra 1/4 bottle of house wine, which is above average; or a single-course menu for €10. Service is fast and efficient, with evasive but friendly waiters. The food is good, except for the polenta and mashed potatoes, but there's a wide selection of dishes, all delicious and easy to digest, with a clear Tuscan influence. The desserts are delicious, homemade, and offer a wide selection. They also have a good selection of wines (though I haven't tried them yet), and they occasionally host themed dinners with producers. While there are no flaws in the service, I'd just suggest a little more smile at the counter. Recommended.
