Pasticceria Colognesi

18/05/2024: Every now and then I go to Colognesi for breakfast or a snack (although you can do much more) and I enjoy it, amazing briosh, delicious pastries. The only flaw is the other time they made us pay with a spray bottle and a rag in front, it bothered me a bit, but it's also true that it was the only time.
21/04/2024: It's a good pastry shop, but a bar that no longer has bioches at 9:30 on the weekend (and not once, systematically), for me is simply not a bar. It's a shame, the croissants are really good when they're available. Cappuccinos not very good, milk too hot. Too long times for breakfast in the dining room, only one person serving all the tables, with the room full. All these things point to selfless management.
