24/11/2025: We were staying at the hotel, we made a reservation at 7:30 pm for dinner for 5 people and we waited more than 1.5 hours to be able to eat a cottoletta. It was a Monday and the dining room was not even half full.. the staff only speaks Italian, they frown when you try to communicate with them and they only say that there are "problems in the kitchen". we left without dessert so as not to wait any longer...
26/07/2025: Vreselijke ervaring… hotel geboekt voor een doorreis naar België….kamer is zeker in orde maar het restaurant is een No Go. Voor 1 volwassene en 2 kinderen 126 euro betaald. 50 euro aan side dishes (3 heel kleine porties frietjes, 1 kleine portie courgetten en 1 kleine portie aubergine)… de foodcost voor deze side dishes is max 5 euro. Dit is voor mij zeker een te mijden restaurant. De pork ribs waren 3 ribbetjes waarbij mijn kind helemaal niet genoeg mee had! De kip was ook heel bedenkelijk van kwaliteit…

19/01/2025: Alle 9 di mattina di domenica 19 gennaio, con invero pochi clienti, abbiamo trovato i servizi igienici - sia quelli per gli uomini sia quelli riservati alle donne - puliti e in ordini. Da qui il giudizio di molto soddisfacente, anche perchè al bar siamo stati serviti con cortesia. Edificio storico da vedere, anche dopo i lavori di ammodernamento.
