27/06/2025: I went to this tobacconist to buy a pack of cigarettes, but when I paid by card (POS), I was told that they do not accept electronic payments for cigarettes. When I asked for explanations, I was simply told that "they cannot because they are not authorized", without any reference to a technical failure or other legitimate reason. I would like to point out that from 26 June 2023, payment by POS is mandatory even for products subject to state monopoly, such as cigarettes. Refusing to accept cards is a violation of current legislation. The authorities should take a nice tour of this place, obviously I will never go back and I will not recommend it to anyone.

21/06/2025: Bar tobacconist pizzeria truly unwatchable! And I want to be Clemente..... A caprese 14 euros! A plate of bresaola with rocket €15.... 5 glasses of wine 25 euros! Two places with paper placemats paper napkin €4.... For a bar trattoria but it's not even a trattoria it's a bar pizzeria we spent 61l 50 that is to be avoided like AIDS! We can pay with the card no you can't pay with the card (forget about the air conditioning here it doesn't exist)

08/06/2025: I've been going there for years now, good food but the service isn't always up to par. The dishes often don't all come out at the same time. However, it's a good restaurant if you have patience

11/06/2025: I am one of the rare people who love the Bloody Mary, a classic cocktail that is not easy to find, they also make it in a non-alcoholic version (it was my request). I find it esteemed that they think of satisfying even rare and less conventional requests. Excellent! ♥️

20/05/2025: Veramente gestione pessima. Arriviamo sabato sera in due famiglie con bambini, dopo avere accuratamente prenotato e parlato con il gestore via telefono. Locale pieno, i nostri tavoli non c'erano perché... se li erano dimenticati! Il ragazzo si scusa con l'invito di tornare. A mai più!! La nostra versione? Avendo un The Fork con sconto hanno ben pensato di riempire i tavoli con persone che pagassero tariffa piena. Una scorrettezza assoluta!

11/05/2025: I will never go back! Very long waiting times, I asked for the courtesy of bringing the cutlet for my little children as soon as possible and instead it arrived very late (at 2.15pm)... 3 of them ordered all you can eat and many dishes were not brought! If we had ordered à la carte we would have spent less! The other people who ordered seconds arrived after numerous requests! I absolutely don't recommend it!

15/05/2025: More than a sandwich shop, it's an Amazon sorting center. In the side room, where I was sitting, there are 3 large bags with Amazon packages and the 2 girls were rummaging through these bags the whole time looking for packages to deliver. Then one of them left to prepare my sandwich. With the excuse of making a phone call, I moved to see if she washed her hands before touching the food. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. I asked for a Coke with ice and lemon. Answer: we don't have ice or lemon...

15/04/2025: Very kind staff, place to be recommended, however it is also a UPS Point which works very well and whoever manages it collaborates efficiently
