07/03/2026: From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disaster. We couldn't find the hotel/guesthouse right away, and when we called, we were given very unfriendly directions to the entrance, which seemed to be hidden in the restaurant. When we arrived at the hotel/restaurant, the two young men in their early twenties were very unprofessional, extremely unfriendly, disrespectful to customers, and at times even derogatory towards travelers who didn't speak perfect Italian. We were very irritated by the extremely unfriendly employee who showed us to our room, left us there, and then stormed off in a huff. We entered the room, which wasn't badly furnished, actually quite cozy, but there was mold in many places where the bed had been, on almost every wall and in every corner, and unfortunately, the bathroom was no better. The only room without mold was the small hallway. The rooms are unfortunately very noisy, but that's not a huge problem; you can live with that. We wanted to grab a bite to eat after a long drive, so we went to the restaurant downstairs. We arrived about an hour and twenty minutes before closing time, and as soon as we walked in, we were told that they only had pizza left, which was a real shame as it meant we couldn't choose any other dishes. The very unfriendly service, which unfortunately seated us in a dirty corner with dirty tables, was also disappointing. Although there were plenty of clean tables available, they weren't occupied because no other customers were arriving. We were the only ones there and got our pizzas, which tasted good. Unfortunately, the staff completely ruined the atmosphere, which was extremely unprofessional and left a very negative impression. It also seemed as if the employees didn't enjoy their work or were simply out of their depth. We came for breakfast in the morning, as it was included in the booking, but unfortunately, there wasn't much choice: there was one type of sausage, which wasn't very tasty, only one type of cheese, only toast, two types of cake, and a few sweet pastries. There was also coffee, which you could choose yourself, which was great. The staff has a huge impact on the experience of staying in a hotel/B&B, and this was a complete disappointment. I would recommend training for the staff, because such behavior towards customers is sad and unacceptable, and it really spoils the stay. It might be advisable to find another job if you don't enjoy this kind of work or take out your bad mood on customers. You can certainly eat there if you don't include the young male staff in your assessment. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it for an overnight stay, which is a real shame because of the mold problem. They could do so much more, and then it would be much better.

01/01/2026: Finally a New Year's Eve 2026 done right, excellent service, excellent organization, truly EXCELLENT music and entertainment, EXCELLENT value for money, waiters always available for any request, we had a lot of fun and even my son was really happy especially dancing with the dancer. Good food from start to finish. Highly recommended. Finally I can say: BRAVI.

19/02/2026: Good evening. I'm sorry to have just noticed that we haven't posted a review of your spa. We were your guests in November 2025. We enjoyed the two hours of absolutely relaxing time in the spa. The place is well-kept and clean. We also had a couples massage and beauty treatment and were very comfortable and pampered. A special thanks to (I seem to remember) Rebecca, although I unfortunately don't remember the name of the other staff member. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and professional. The reception staff were also very kind. We will definitely be back.

03/02/2026: I stayed at this hotel on a business trip in 2025 and I have to say it’s the best in the area. My deluxe suite with Jacuzzi was fantastic – a perfect place to relax after work. The restaurant serves amazing Italian pizza, and the staff made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

28/09/2025: Chinese restaurant also offering very good and very affordable Italian dishes, the service is a little slow and the place is a little left over, cleverly due to the old man.
