07/11/2025: Good restaurant/pizzeria. They also serve Mexican dishes. The pizzas are really good! Service is a bit slow, but that probably depends on the number of diners. Recommended.

05/10/2025: At any moment, I expected to see Antonino punching the owner. The guy was whirling between the tables, shouting out orders to the staff and listing the main courses to the customers in random order, creating paradoxical confusion; he looked like a character from a Fellini film; it made me nervous, let alone the employees who were trying so hard to do their jobs well. The atmosphere was normal, clean and unpretentious, and the food was good.

25/07/2025: I went there today for lunch outside the office -
Abundant food, very reasonable prices, and excellent quality and flavor, truly home-cooked food - a quiet and relaxed place, with a stunning outdoor terrace with a wall of oleanders. I was truly satisfied, and I think it will become a weekly stop.

01/12/2025: Gift card promo 11/28/25: extremely long line, people waited over 3 hours because there was only one terminal and it was also extremely slow. The hostess, who was supposed to encourage purchases or provide information, actually discouraged them by saying they'd close at 8 PM anyway, even if someone had waited in line for hours.
Why advertise and run a promo if you're not equipped and organized?
To buy the gift, you had to spend the whole day in line!
A good shopping center for its shops, but it's been really poorly managed for a few years.
29/11/2025: Nowadays, all shopping malls are the same; the only difference lies in the details. This one in particular is very large, with many well-organized brands. Although it's large and very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful; in short, even just for a stroll, it's a pleasant experience. There's ample parking; although there may be a bit of a line at times, this is normal. I recommend visiting it, even if just for a moment of relaxation.

02/12/2025: You may or may not like the food, but when the waiter is rude, the food is never good.
My 11-year-old daughter, her grandparents, and I went to eat. My daughter didn't like pizza, so she ordered the McDonald's from across the street.
The pizzas arrived, my daughter sat down with McDonald's, and a few seconds later the waiter arrived, saying that my daughter (I repeat, 11-year-old) couldn't eat the McDonald's while sitting with us.
Incredulous, I protested, but there was no way.
I had to get up with my pizza plate and go eat outside the reserved area so I could eat with my daughter.
Shameful.
30/11/2025: The pizza didn't pass the test of the night, truly indigestible. €12.50 for a rubbery calzone, poorly made tiramisu, and served in a coffee cup doesn't diminish the staff's promptness and kindness. Never again!

02/08/2025: Quasi ogni volta che vado al Carosello mi fermo in questa gelateria per una merenda al volo. Ne apprezzo la possibilità di scelta nei gusti e la qualità. Nonostante ciò sono stata testimone di un episodio poco piacevole : mia figlia vegana chiede, in cassa all' atto del pagamento , se i gusti alla frutta sono a base d' acqua o di latte e le viene confermato che sí sono vegani. La signora aggiunge che comunque può sempre prendere il gusto yogurt. ...(in che senso???).
Ci mettiamo in fila e quando tocca a noi mia figlia, che ha notato la presenza dei coni vegani a sinistra, si dimentica di chiederli immediatamente ma solo dopo che il primo gusto scelto è stato posto sulla parigina.
Scusandosi informa la ragazza di essere vegana e che ha visto a sinistra i coni corretti. La ragazza le risponde che quello che sta usando è senza glutine e senza lattosio. ...( e quindi????)
Domanda poi a mia figlia se vuole il biscotto sopra al cono due gusti e alla domanda:- è vegano?- la ragazza risponde un po' scocciata :
-se to lo propongo!-. ...
Mia figlia declina sul biscotto .
Ora io mi chiedo se un po' più di informazione da parte di chi lavora nella ristorazione potrebbe servire ad ovviare a questi spiacevoli inconvenienti: la persons intollerante al glutine non è detto che sia vegana. Chi mangia senza lattosio magari mangia le uova. Le persone che seguono alimentazione vegana si nutrono di alimenti vegetali ed escludono i derivati animali dalla loro dieta quindi no uova, no burro, no latte, no carne,no pesce.
Io capisco che lavorare in un centro commerciale con tanti stimoli percettivi e le variabili umane che vi si presentano al banco, possa essere molto stancante ma non può bastare fare un buon gelato!
Sono necessari: attenzione al cliente, capacità di autocontrollo e regolazione delle emozioni, gentilezza e assenza di pregiudizio!
Detto questo continuerò a servirmi presso di voi disponibile a darvi delucidazioni sulle variabili alimentari.
