05/08/2025: I discovered this venue thanks to Matrimonio.com. After discussions and consultations, I decided to get married here. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect location! The place is intimate, cozy, warm, yet elegant. The restaurant manager is patient, welcoming, and professional. The dining room staff is superb! The chef and his team are truly skilled and top-notch in their various dishes (I still receive compliments today for the appetizers, which arrived in abundance and all piping hot!). The Hostaria offers a delicious, updated menu every two seasons, allowing you to discover and rediscover local and international products, and we never miss an opportunity to try what's on offer. The entire staff works together to ensure guests relax and take center stage: the food and wine delight the palate, and you truly enjoy those two hours of dining without worrying about anything. The soft background music helps you eat slowly and enjoy the meal. The price is perfectly balanced for the quality of the ingredients, the reason behind each dish, and the simplicity of the details.
25/07/2025: For four years now, we've been back with our family to be pampered: from the warm welcome in a carefully curated setting where you can enjoy excellent dishes made with top-quality ingredients, from appetizers to desserts. The presentation of the dishes is meticulous and elegant. Plus, a wide selection of wines from notable wineries. The service is always impeccable and attentive. Highly recommended, our favorite place.

26/08/2025: Perhaps a few traditional Roman dishes are missing, but we're not in Trastevere, so we can indulge in a few things. Generally, the first courses are better than the second courses, but I'll explore them further with future tastings.
Wine in a flask, delicate and not as acidic as often happens.
09/08/2025: They welcomed us as if we were at home. The staff were small but good and very engaging. The people were genuine and friendly. The dishes were delicious, plentiful and of high quality. I recommend them!!!

18/05/2025: Ieri nel tardo pomeriggio, dopo aver riaccompagnato a casa loro, nel paese vicino, nostro nipote e nostra nuora (nostro figlio era assente da Milano per un congresso), vista l'ora abbiamo deciso di fermarci tutti e quattro qui a cena.
Come già scritto in precedenti recensioni il locale è di proprietà cinese e la cucina comprende sia quella italiana che quella orientale.
Siamo rimasti sul versante italiano: per mia moglie un ricordo degli anni Ottanta, penne al salmone (che era salmone fresco, non affumicato), per mia nuora pesce spada alla griglia con verdure grigliate, per mio nipote pasta all'amatriciana e per me spaghetti alla carbonara. Porzioni abbondanti, piatti ben fatti. Successivamente siamo passati subito al dessert, servito al carrello. Ottimi anche i dolci.
Servizio cortese e veloce. Compresi una birra media alla spina, due bibite in lattina e una minerale (in bottiglia, non microfiltrata) abbiamo speso 80 Euro!
Torneremo ancora.
12/01/2025: Abbastanza buono il cibo e prezzi onesti ma...non sempre li applicano!!OCCHIO AL MENU'..la prima volta mi hanno applicato 3 euro in più per un risotto allo zafferano e alle mie rimostranze mi hanno restituito i 3 euro..la seconda mi hanno battuto gli involtini per tre porzioni anziché due e la cassiera me li ha ridati (secondo me solo perché mi ha riconosciuto),la terza un litro di vino frizzante pagato 10 euro al litro anziché 8(anche li'verificato dal menù)..due euro qua due euro la',si approfittano della distrazione delle persone..allora piuttosto alzate i prezzi e scrivetelo sul menù.. CONTROLLATE GLI SCONTRINI!!
