There were four of us, and we ordered several dishes, including desserts, and everything was of perfect quality.
16/07/2025: Locale piacevole ed accogliente ubicato in centro ad Arese. Possibilità di scelta tra uno sfizioso dehor estivo ed un'accogliente sala interna. Personale cortese e preparato, attento e mai invadente. Il menù offre specialità di pesce, di carne ed anche gustose pizze. Il calamaro ripieno al sugo ristretto e la caponatina servita tiepida sono super. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità offerta ed all'ambiente.

17/07/2025: L'ambiente è caldo e accogliente con il team del personale di sala molto gentile e amichevole al punto giusto. I piatti vengono presentati con cura e sono di ottima qualità. Qui un desiderio, può diventare realtà... Anche per una cischeik! 😜Bravi!

03/07/2025: Pur non essendo di Arese, ma solo di passaggio, la fortuna mi è stata amica perché ho conosciuto questo bar eccezionalmente pulito con personale simpatico e disponibile.
Interno con aria climatizzata bagno pulitissimo esterno con tavolini molto comodi.
Ma il top secondo me lo raggiungono con le brioches: veramente eccezionale direi spettacolari!

Excellent, from the welcome to the customer service;
The only flaw is the speed with which the dishes were served; we hadn't even finished the appetizer before they'd already served the main course.
But, the food is very good... kudos to the girl at the entrance...
09/08/2025: Not tasty and expensive!!! Expensive for coffee and expensive for service. I do not recommend!!!

06/09/2025: Terrible service. At 4:08 PM, I'm having trouble placing my order at the self-service counter (monitor). I ask if I can order two piadinas. It says, "I'm closing the till," and she'll have to wait. Otherwise, the other colleague will be fine.
I try again. I manage to order myself, and while I wait, a guy goes to the cashier, and the clerk calmly gives him his drinks and orders the piadina for him. At the end, I tell him that all the customers are the same (3 food items, burnt fries, good piadinas).
06/09/2025: Last night at 7:45 PM, we ordered a salad, a piadina, and a Nutella piadina through the app. The app showed the order would be ready between 8:10 PM and 8:15 PM. At 8:10 PM, we went to the clerk to pick up our order, but she told us we had to go to the cashier (but what's the point of ordering through the app and paying in advance, just to skip the line, if you still have to go to the cashier?!). We got to the cashier, the clerk gave us a receipt, and we waited. Meanwhile, the people waiting increased, the line grew longer, and the orders piled up. Piadinas were delivered incorrectly, or to people who had ordered something else. The clerks didn't know where to turn to explain the delays and mistakes. At 8:45 PM, after an hour, our order was finally ready, but: a piadina made of four ingredients was missing one (oh well...) and the Nutella piadina... It was without Nutella! Totally empty. We went back to the cashier again and finally refilled the piadina. An experience we'll never repeat, thank goodness they're not in an airport, otherwise we would all have missed our flight!

10/07/2025: Sono stato in questo "ristorante" con i miei amici e all'inizio sembrava una buona idea ma probabilmente come sta accadendo spesso in Italia manca il personale e tutto si trasforma in una pessima esperienza. 4 coperti , abbiamo chiesto da bere ma solo una persona lo ha avuto ,dopo abbiamo richiesto che mancava il bere , nel frattempo sono arrivati 3 primi , quindi il quarto non aveva né da bere né da mangiare. Abbiamo ordinato 2 carbonate 1 cacio e pepe ed una amatriciana. La cacio e pepe era secca e poco condita . Non si rappresenta così male la cucina laziale / romana . Alla fine abbiamo deciso di andare via e cercando di sminuire il pessimo comportamento degli addetti al lavoro che probabilmente non sono trattati bene . Non lo consiglio .
21/06/2025: Era da un po' che volevo provare questo ristorante e ci siamo fermati qui per pranzo. Grande adoratore del cibo de Roma devo dire che non ho trovato nulla in comune con quello che sono abituato a mangiare nei tanti viaggi nella capitale. Fiori di zucca troppo unti accompagnati da una salsa più o meno identificata, una carbonara dove l'uovo era completamente slegato e la pasta troppo cotta, una pinsa piena d'olio dove nemmeno il bordo era croccante. Saranno pure de Roma, ma probabilmente della Roma che si trova in Romania

10/05/2025: Ultimamente non è più come prima, nonostante ci siano due camerieri bravi e volenterosi, fatica a essere al top!
E anche l’estetica non è ben curata, allego foto…

Un tagliere X2 grande quanto un piatto 2 drink (40€) non ne vale la pena..
Locale molto freddo! Lampade infrarosse spente....

09/07/2024: Specialità carne ma all'arrivo al ristorante prenotato da giorni ci viene detto che mancano metà dei tagli di carne proposti nel menu, spingendoti ad ordinare i pezzi più costosi rimasti invenduti da tempo. Al tavolo arrivano porzioni piccole di carne ma pure dei contorni, che sembrano adatte ai vassoi dei pasti in aereo o a un menu bambino.
Un ristorante da cui esci e cerchi un posto dove andare a mangiare.
Imbarazzanti.
19/06/2024: Locale accogliente e pulito, tavoli ben disposti , il personale e’ gentile e disponibile. Menù variegato per tutti i gusti . Thomawak ottima . Ci torneremo.

26/07/2023: Very nice place, basic furnishings but that's fine. Run by the guys from the Nazareth association, always very helpful, you can eat excellent piadine (really a lot!) and also excellent burgers. Lately they also have some excellent craft beers on the menu. On request, fried gnocchi with cold cuts... by the meter!! Open for lunch until 3pm and in the evening 6-10pm. Excellent prices. Recommended if you are in the area..
Unfortunately it will close permanently on 7/29/23, apparently due to an adamant decision by the association's Board of Directors. It's a real shame, we will miss them.
