29/07/2024: I ate twice in this place, in terms of cuisine I have never complained about the quality, while I would have something to complain about the quantity (really small portions). The biggest problem is the high prices combined with the rudeness of the staff, especially the girl behind the counter who I presume is the owner. It is not possible that to eat food defined by them as 'street food', we were treated in a decidedly rude way in order to make us pay the cover charge (a paper placemat and cutlery), in a place where there is not even a bath. Moral of the story, if you want to eat two mini arancini, a measly portion of panelle and two drinks, you end up spending around 30 euros eating at the counter on the stools. My impression is that this type of restaurateur is convinced that the customers are all sheep...the first time you piss me off (not being able to know how much the cover charge and service costs, I always mean to eat 2 arancini and not as a restaurant), the second time, so as not to be fleeced, I clearly ask for 'takeaway street food' and you treat me with arrogance... at that point the third time I go to eat at someone else's.... I think there is a way and way to treat customers.
