09/11/2024: Conoscevamo lo Chef Stefano dalla precedente esperienza Texture e devo ammettere che mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso che abbia mantenuto invariato gli elevati standard dei suoi piatti. Che dire consigliatissimo per la qualità e professionalità della cucina e dello staff.
13/09/2024: Die Brote zusammen mit dem Olivenöl von Como (!) waren zauberhaft, zusammen mit dem selbstgeholten Salz. Als Vorspeise habe ich die grosse Portion Risotto Milanese genossen!!! Perfekt gekocht. Wie so oft ist die Hauptspeise, die Black Angus Tagliate, leider etas abgefallen. Aber sonst kann dieses Restaurant das Hotel wirklich rausheben.
