Everything was excellent, mixed fried food and Milanese cutlet, excellent quality/quantity/price ratio

We stopped because we'd had pizza there in the past and it was good. I can confirm that the pizza is currently excellent and very digestible, the covered veranda is very welcoming, and everything is very clean. The prices are fair. We returned, with the business lunch menu. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it; the meat was tough, and even the first courses were tasteless... as a business lunch menu, it's best to avoid it.

Convenient location on the main road with ample parking in front and to the side. The fixed-price menu offers good, generous portions. The pizzas are also excellent. Service is prompt and friendly, and everyone is attentive. Tables are well-spaced. The atmosphere is quiet.

I tried this restaurant in Garlate for dinner, drawn by its location near the lake, but the experience was a bit mixed, with several aspects that could use some work. ### 🏠 The Ambience and the View The restaurant is very spacious and has both an indoor dining room and a veranda. * **The veranda in winter:** Unfortunately, the plastic structure isn't well insulated; you can feel drafts and, above all, the noise of traffic from the adjacent road. * **The View:** An important note for those seeking a lake view. In the evening, due to the reflections on the veranda's plastic, the lake is invisible; you can only see the passing cars. **I highly recommend going during the day** if you want to enjoy the view. ### 🍝 The Menu The menu is based on the great classics of Italian cuisine, such as spaghetti with clams and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. * **Quality:** Dishes neither good nor bad. The ingredients are decent, but the prices are a bit high for what's actually served. ### ⏳ Service (Sore Point) The real sticking point was the dining room management. The staff is made up of very young people who seem to struggle to manage the volume of work. * **Timing:** There were three of us, and the dishes arrived at completely different times (we ate "staggered"). * **Oversights:** We had to ask for dessert twice because, despite ordering, it never arrived. > **In summary:** A place more suited to a quick, unpretentious business lunch than a romantic dinner with a lake view, especially in winter. The service needs to be more coordinated and a few extra touches to justify the bill.

In a normal world, the customer pays and the restaurant owner THANKS them, not that the customer pays and thanks them and the restaurant owner doesn't even respond! A little more friendliness from the owner and the waiters wouldn't have hurt, on the contrary! Very good food, 3-star friendliness.

We ordered a full menu and a first course: a risotto with beetroot and burrata, delicious and with a generous portion. The menu is good, the portions are generous, and the service is fast. The restaurant is very busy, very simple in terms of atmosphere. The outside area is better with a view towards the river. The parking lot is not very large.
