15/08/2026: Best mondeghini ever!
I finally found the perfect mondeghino (for me) with the right consistency, flavor, and, above all, the original recipe!
We had a fantastic evening thanks to the hospitality and expertly prepared cuisine of the guys! Congratulations!!! All the dishes were delicious, including the "tuttopollo", cacio e pepe, mezze maniche, and risotto!
The tatin was fresh and sublime, as was the blueberry and lemon balm sorbet! An evening we'll remember!
