08/12/2025: I went there yesterday, perfect place, perfect smell, excellent food. I recommend it for a dinner with family and friends.

11/02/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The staff were very unfriendly, and the service did not feel welcoming at all. When we arrived, we had to wait about 10 minutes at the entrance because a staff member was busy talking to friends instead of assisting us, which gave a poor first impression. We are not Italian, and when we asked the waiter for a bit of guidance about the menu, she explained it in an unfriendly and unhelpful way. It made us feel uncomfortable rather than supported. The food was very basic and not worth the price. The quality was low, and the dishes lacked effort. I ordered a small portion of chicken that came without any side dish, which was surprising considering the price. The salad was also very simple and ordinary. The decoration of the restaurant is okay, and the toilet was clean, but unfortunately that does not make up for the overall experience. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on the service, food quality, and value for money.

07/09/2025: Beautiful location and decent food. The treatment we received, however, was terrible, despite the fact that hospitality is touted on the website as one of their values. They yelled at us in a truly rude and impolite manner because the children were playing in the garden and not sitting at the table. They reminded us that we weren't in a daycare center...there was no need; we know the difference! We agree on one thing, however: we won't be returning, and our group of 18 will put other establishments at risk.

09/08/2025: Cascina Valentino is one of my favorite places. When I feel the need to unwind and rediscover the pleasure of good food and a genuine welcome, I know I'll find what I'm looking for here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the team is simply spectacular: kind, attentive, and always smiling. The cuisine is rich in authentic flavors and meticulously crafted, with dishes that exude tradition and passion. The wine selection is also excellent, perfect for pairing with every course. A place where you can feel at home, yet with the privilege of being pampered.

13/10/2025: Moderate prices and excellent food. This is what trattorias should be, and La Pesa di Pizzighettone is just that. Inside, you feel like you're back in those old-fashioned places. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the customer's needs. The food is very good.

27/11/2025: Went here for sturgeon fishing. Pellet and fishing prices are reasonable, and the lake is well-maintained.
