01/11/2025: A first-night memory on Lake Como: we walked to the restaurant, and the effort paid off. I savored a single dish that stood out as one of the best tastes I’ve ever had—the ravioli was extraordinary. This place feels like it deserves a Michelin star.
29/09/2025: Everything was impeccable, the location was wonderful, the service was excellent, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, the food was very good and especially the wine pairings. We will definitely return and recommend it. See you next time.

04/11/2025: I went to this restaurant last night for a craft beer tasting, and I have to admit that ranking the four courses was really difficult. We had a great time. The wait staff was very attentive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The service was truly impeccable. What we tasted at the tasting was truly challenging. Each dish was carefully crafted, and the flavor was truly exceptional.
Excellent balance between quality and price. We'll definitely return, perhaps for a seafood lunch and to enjoy the view.

12/10/2025: Excellent location with a panoramic view of the lake, elegant venue, good service, very good appetizer with assorted seafood crostini, good first course with mussels but particularly salty, and pasta, in my opinion, undercooked, cannelloni with lamb ragù excellent, prices a bit high, probably for selection, as evidenced by the fact that it was a beautiful Sunday and there were only a few guests in the dining room.
A tip: more reasonable prices.
Overall a positive experience.
05/10/2025: Wonderful and attentive staff. They are also able to cater for gluten free, we had the braised beef and the sirloin (gluten free) both were lovely! They also had gluten free bread and can do pasta dishes gluten free.

12/10/2025: Stopped outside for a quick aperitif. It's a great location with a beautiful view on a sunny day. We had an aperitif and a coffee. The menu offered an interesting selection of products, but it didn't match the price we paid. There was one price on the menu, but the bill showed another, not much higher, figure that didn't match the price on the menu.
They should update the prices on the menu or explain the difference to the customer. These are small things that didn't impact the quality of the review.
13/09/2025: The wine and tiramisu were the best I've ever had or eaten. A beautiful view of the lake and an incredible atmosphere; it's definitely worth a visit 🤌

25/02/2025: One of the best hotels ever! There are so many things to say, but one stands out: the owner, Mr. Fioroni.
A man who will make your stay unforgettable. An artist, musician, writer, an invaluable figure, a historic figure in this delightful village, and, in short, a friend to every guest.
A unique, incomparable experience that will allow you to discover true Italian culture, made of stories, music, and good food.
The historic venue is beautifully enhanced by the small piazza and the sweeping view of the lake.
Just a few meters away, every service and fair prices.

20/10/2025: A perfect conclusion to a beautiful walk in the woods. We hiked the Sentiero del Bisbino, which after about two hours of walking brought us to the Agriturismo. A rustic yet very welcoming atmosphere, a room warmed by wood-burning stoves with large windows overlooking the valley. The staff was extremely friendly and made you feel right at home. Everything was excellent, especially the platter of their own cured meats and cheeses. Local, quality ingredients from the starter to the dessert, generous portions, and a lovely atmosphere. Fair prices, but cash only. Highly recommended!

15/10/2025: Beautiful hotel with fantastic hosts.
30/08/2025: We have just had the most lovely couple of days break at Hotel San Marino.
Beautiful view from our room. Hotel was clean and cosy. The lady in charge was extremely friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful. Really good value for money including the breakfast.
Do not listen to the negative reviews as it really is a lovely place to stay.
We will be back !
