The menu is interesting, introducing unique options for each course, such as the slizzega, the bugiardi, or the stratagliata, which we regularly tried. The many barbecue cuts of meat are tempting and will be a reason to return. Each course is an explosion of flavors; you can sense the chef's desire to amaze, and he succeeds without ever being cloying. The cover charge consists of various products with very special flours, and these too offer unforgettable flavors, well worth the price. The desserts are the perfect end to a wonderful dinner.
