23/03/2025: I was there for my birthday. Very well-kept place and excellent quality meat.
The first courses are "elaborate" but my palate needs a bit of tidying up.
It's hard to taste the flavors and the processes described on the list.. trained, professional and kind staff.
You absolutely have to try the cuts of meat at least once
