30/12/2024: Passiamo una bella serata dopo le terme (è subito di fronte) prendiamo due pizze, pizze speciali ed erano veramente valide. Ve lo consiglio insomma! Prezzo finale onesto.

26/12/2024: Ottima cucina e materie prime di qualità Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e speso poco Servizio veloce, molto cordiali, ambiente caldo e curato Locale ampio e pieno, meglio prenotare Siamo capitati per caso perché a due passi dal QC terme, torneremo molto volentieri!

01/01/2025: We stayed in San Pellegrino Terme for our anniversary and I must say that we felt at home... Hospitality and kindness are pleasing and then good food and excellent breakfast with everything and more. What can I say? Great location and I highly recommend it. We will be back for sure. 09/12/2024: Nice clean room but really small. The staff especially the reception were very kind. Excellent breakfast and as for the perfect location.

02/10/2024: First time in this place. The location is excellent, 2 steps from the state road junctions and 5 minutes from the center of San Pellegrino. The environment is spartan but welcoming, clean and spacious, excellent value for money. I'll be back for sure.

16/02/2025: Dated room, poorly insulated, stained carpet, at the price of a renovated room. Very good location with large terrace, dogs accepted.

13/02/2025: I went to the Albergo Bigio at the end of January after booking on booking. The reservation was for a room with a King Size bed with breakfast included costing 156 euros (approximately). The room that was provided to me not only did not have a King Size bed (which we could also sleep on) but the room was old, dirty and ruined walls, bathroom with cracked tiles and above all a strong smell of humidity which the gentlemen of the hotel saw fit to mask by keeping the window open, too bad I checked in at 7pm at the end of January so the temperature inside the room was not acceptable as well as there being a crazy musty smell. Contacting reception I asked if the room assignment was correct, I was told yes that mine was a Liberty type room and that if I wasn't happy they could replace my room with a twin. Despite the professionalism of the receptionist, I felt obliged to leave the keys saying that I would not stay at their facility because it was uninhabitable and therefore I slept elsewhere. In summary, common areas partly new and partly dilapidated, lifts UNUSEABLE and to be checked if they were up to standard (lift that started with the floor door open, fire doors cordoned off due to work in progress with "DON'T OPEN ABSOLUTELY" written on a sheet of paper), the room assigned to me was not habitable, courtesy at the reception was good. If it had been my property I would have come to the customer's attention in a different way but I realize that the employee could do very little or nothing and was aware of the embarrassing situation facing the hotel.

06/01/2025: Menu turistico super pessimo.tris di secondo nella stessa puccia nello stesso piatto e casoncelli immangiabili.polenta non so perché non sono riuscito ad affrontarla

10/12/2024: No entiendo las críticas negativas. Un restaurante agradable que sirve deliciosa comida a precios increíblemente bajos. ¡Qué no me gusta!
